Nice pool, a few amenities missing.

The house is clean and pool is great. Nice to also have space for kids to run around on the grass.

Upon booking the property you receive quite a long list of rules and while house rules are important for the property, it felt a bit confronting and there was no friendly welcome in the message. You will not receive toilet paper or dishwashing liquid in the stay which generally I would expect from this kind of property. You are also asked to pay an 1000dhs deposit in cash which might not be easy for guests who are not from the UAE. Would be great to have a few more pool towels and pool loungers - only two provided in a house that caters for 7 people.

Suitable for young people and families

The place is beautiful, clean, and suitable for outdoor seating and a swimming pool

The area is inhabited by workers, and there are no smoking areas in the villa, and with a warning against smoking in the villa during outdoor seating, I mean the insistence of the owner of the place in paying a fine from the insurance in a large amount, and the lack of understanding. We must be careful about this issue, not smoking, and the lack of a cupboard to store clothes in the rooms.

I will definitely come back!

It is cozy. It's very neat and tidy. The staff especially Osman was very accomodating.

There was nothing that I didnt like. It's perfect for a small group or an intimate family gathering.

Perfect except for the location!

The pool was warm, the kitchen was equipped, the AC was cold in the rooms, and the staff were helpful.

I didn't like the location, since it is near an accommodation for labor/workers. The neighborhood is very dark and can scary at night.

Just don't do it!

The outside Pool area was lovely, with a lovely BBQ area. Top Marks for that.

There were no pots or pans to cook with. The stove cord was too short so you could not use the stove to cook on or the Oven, When I asked about the pots / pans and utensils - I was told to go and buy my own? This is supposed to be a holiday rental that is self catering, I expect to be able to at least cook something? But to rent for 3 days with kids and be told to buy my own knives / forks / pots / pans / plates - was a complete an utter shock. If this is the case - inform us so we can have the option of not booking. The taps kept popping off the walls and we had to screw them in again. Interior handiwork is sub standard. Beds were relatively comfortable. The demand for a cash fee of 1000 AED for breakage was unexpected. For what we received - it was shocking and I would not recommend this to anyone. Also warning could be given that it is next to a labour camp and sandwiched on a dirt road between two mosques so there is absolutely no peace and quiet, as each tries to outdo the other. When we arrived I genuinely though we were lost as the "Villa" was between shacks in a dodgy part of town. I got such a fright I wanted to leave but with no refunds - I could not. We made the best of it as you do and spent 90% of the time at the beautiful pool.
