Here you will find all the must-haves are checked off the list, including the beautifully furnished great room and dining room with seating at the dining table for four. You will enjoy the exceptional kitchen with additional island seating for 4. Vaulted ceilings, large gathering spaces, comfortable furnishings surrounded in beach décor full of coastal charm, you won’t want to go home!
The basement walk out level offers an additional rec room, an ideal space for game night, teens to escape or even adults to enjoy the big game.

Imagine a cup of coffee on the back porch overlooking Lake Kai and all her beauty. Walk out the French doors to the stone patio and covered deck with beautifully designed fire pit area just steps away from the shore of Lake Kai.

LOCATION
Centrally located in the Beachwalk Resort overlooking Lake Kai, only a few doors down from the Activity Center.
PARKING
Parking for 2 cars in front of the house, please do not block the neighbors and be sure your car is off the road as much as possible.
HOUSE RULES
-No smoking or vaping indoors
-No pets
-No Prom Parties without Prior Authorization (Additional Fees Apply)
-No fireworks
-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September. This home includes a golf cart.
Ain't Life Grand rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Friday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
