Located in the heart of Albufeira, this attractive 7 bedroom villa is perfect as an ideal getaway with all the modern facilities to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Outside is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. There are 7 spacious bedrooms. In the grounds the villa benefits from having a large private swimming pool.

All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (5 minutes walk)

Oura Beach is less than 7 minutes walk away and easy to get to, there are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink. The villa has private terraces to the 1st floor bedrooms.

In the garden guests may enjoy using the purpose built BBQ facilities.

We were a large group with 4 rental cars and there was plenty of inside and on the street. We arrived at the agreed check-in time and the cleaners were only just getting started - the previous guests checked out late which I understand - just communicate as much to us. It wasn't a big deal. There wasn't much communication about how things operate and how to get the laundry etc., so a couple of small things could have been better, but overall a great spot and very happy!

We had a lovely vacation with a large family, enjoyed very much the large and deep pool and the whole villa. Everything worked well and the surrounding is peaceful. Eva was really helpful already during the planning of our vacation and on-site Miquel was taking care of the small problems we had in the house. Some ants invaded one of the bedroom, but I guess that is quite unavoidable during summer in the south. Thanks!

The villa was absolutely perfect for what we needed for my sister’s hen - there was plenty of space (and bathrooms) for us all to get ready and the pool area is huge - much bigger than it looked on the photos. Miguel helped me when we couldn’t figure out how to close the electric gates and talked me through the process on FaceTime which was really useful. Eva was fab on the lead up to the trip too, recommending different things and helping me sort some food shopping to be delivered to the villa. We did have a couple of issues with leaking air con and a power cut, but nothing that we couldn’t sort as we couldn’t get hold of Miguel that day. 100% recommend the property for a group trip, it was brilliant!

Fantastic location- close to shops and restaurants and short walk (15mins) to the the beach and strip Villa had plenty of space, bathrooms and sun loungers Eva was fantastic and provided lots of information and help from the beginning We were going to use the BBQ but it would’ve needed a good clean so chose not to Would recommend to other large groups as we had a great time!

Stayed here for 3 nights for my friends hen party. The communication from Eva from the beginning was second to none. She was very helpful in proving recommendations and organising our transfers to and from the airport. Nothing was ever a bother, Eva even let 2 members of the party check in early so they weren’t sitting around waiting for the rest of us to arrive. Everyone commented on how the photos of the villa don’t actually do it justice and it’s even better in person! The villa is in a perfect location and has all the amenities needed. It’s a perfect villa for hen party’s as there were multiple bathrooms and it was spacious enough that we didn’t feel like we were all on top of eachother. If I was to return to Albufeira I wouldn’t think twice about booking this villa again. I would recommend to anyone!!

We stayed at Eva’s villa for my sisters hen party. There was 16 adults, and this villa provided plenty of space, and BATHROOMS!!! This was a massive plus as you can never have enough bathrooms for 16 females. Eva’s communication was spot on! She provided lots of information regarding location, use of Ubers, sorted transfers for us - she was brilliant. The villa itself is beautiful, clean and exactly what we needed. It has a lovely outdoor BBQ. We arranged for private chefs to come in (on Eva’s recommendation) which was amazing and such a treat. There are plenty of sunbeds also, which was great. The mattresses were quite hard, but I slept perfectly fine on them. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is perfect, short walk to the beach which is stunning - there’s a lovely beach bar down there, perfect for coffee or cocktails. the villa is a 5 minute walk to supermarkets and some restaurants. We got an uber to the old town, which is a ten minute drive. The new strip is a close walk by and is super fun. Honestly perfect for a hen/stag do. There was only one issue, which was the step out of the living area into the outside pool/patio… one of my friends did trip and hurt herself as there’s a large step over in the doorway - so this could potentially be made safer. I can’t recommend this villa enough, we had the BEST time ever. Thankyou Eva!

Can’t rate this property high enough. From the initial enquiry, through the booking, organisation and arrival, everything was faultless. Property is located in a great area, a short walk from bars/restaurants and about 5-10minute walk from the new town strip. About 10mins to the beachfront too. Would highly recommend this property, and also Eva is a great host!

Booked villa for family and close friends to celebrate special birthday. Great location.... Close enough to strip for younger members of party. Taxis to old town very cheap. Miguel great at organising transport when we needed it. Highly recommended. More cleaning implements would have been useful as struggled to keep on top of cleaning through out stay. Cooking for large numbers not easy as oven only had one shelf trsy. Would stay again though

I honestly don't know where to begin. The photos genuinely do not do this incredible villa justice. This exceeded our expectations beyond belief. It was everything we were looking for. The villa was in immaculate condition, the pool is so much bigger than it looks and genuinely the villa as a whole was amazing. Situated so close to the town, no need for taxis, the host Eva was so lovely and accommodating. Very quick to respond. If you're looking at the villa, honestly book, we're already planning our next stay here for a family holiday. Very impressed.

The villa is 10 mins walk from the strip and 10 minutes to a nice local beach, but still feels hidden away and quite. Perfect location. My Brothers Stag Do away was a fantastic experience, the Villa was beautiful and location was perfect. Only downside was the lighting outside was very poor and the downstairs toilets were old locks so we got locked in on couple of occasions due to locking from inside

Stayed here for a week with family, there were 13 of us and the Villa was perfect. Plenty of space for us all, pool was lovely and all the kids had inflatables. The location was also perfect, a 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Would definitely recommend staying here

The property manager, Jim, was super helpful and very quick to reply to any queries. We had a great time at this villa and the property was even nicer than the pictures. It was very spacious and super comfortable. It's walking distance to the strip and very easy to navigate your way around. All round great stay!

Perfect spacious villa. Great location for main strip and the beach, also great for nearby quieter bars and eateries. Process of booking, information and help from Vrbo's managing agent (Jim Murray), liaising with local property manager on queries and taxis (Miguel) etc was all flawless. Would definitely recommend this villa for stag, hen or large groups looking for spacious accommodation but far enough away from the main strip to enjoy some peace.

Fantastic accommodation for our group of 15 celebrating with our Hen. We had a great time at the villa and the location was excellent. In the daytime it was peaceful allowing us to catch up on sleep. We had a great pool party 🎉 and the kitchen met our needs to store all our alcohol XX Jim was great with communication before we arrived at the villa snd Miguel looked after us whilst we were there. Would definitely book again.
