Mexico beach is open for business and beautiful as ever! So leave the hassle behind and enjoy relaxing in paradise. Beach Time cottage is contractor/owner, owned and has never been rented! Brand new to the vacation rental world & beautifully decorated, this 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is only a few minutes walk to the white sandy shores. The master bedroom features a king size bed, Flat Screen SmartTv and a private master bath. Guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and 40” SmartTv. Fully equipped electric kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, coffee supplies, toaster and CrockPot. The kitchen offers a supply of paper goods, dish detergent, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags. The baths are equipped with hand soaps, a starter shampoo, conditioner, and body bar. The cottage has a washer and dryer for your convenience, along with a supply of laundry soap. No need to worry about linens, towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels because this home has your family prepared to enjoy your getaway without the hassle! Spend the morning enjoying a cup of coffee on the front porch or an evening glass of wine. Spend your day at the beach picking up shells or by the community pool. Grill up your catch on the gas grill while you unwind on the back deck enjoying beautiful sunset colors! No matter how you want to spend your beach getaway, Beach Time Cottage has you covered in comfort!

**Needing More Space** This unit and Shipwreck Cottage can be rented together for larger parties. Family Reunions, Wedding events, we got you covered!

This was our last fall break for our senior. She wanted to return to the low key forgotten coast. We have done Cape San Blas, Port Sant Joe, St George but this was our first stay at Mexico Beach and it did not disappoint. Tina went above and beyond as our host. The place was as cute as pictured and Tina provided some extras (little snacks, coffee pods, laundry detergent- just little bonuses). Shawn at Mexico Beach outfitters set my husband up with bait and fishing spots and the owner of Killer Seasfood brought our dog water while we ate his Fantastic seafood. The beach was literally a block away, wide with plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood has a great beachy vibe and the pool is perfect for a night swim. We will be back Mexico Beach! ❤️

We have been to Mexico Beach plenty of times, but this location was very convenient to the beach, shopping and right in the middle of town. Very quiet cud-de-sac with a great swimming pool on site. Private living property with a large back deck and grilling also. We’ll be back to stay at Tina’s property(She was very attentive when needed) Thanks Tina 😎

This is an all time pick. Super clean, super comfy, super well appointed, and just a short walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. If you are looking for some R&R away from the crowds, look no further. Tina is the best host you could ask for, made our visit easy and was very responsive with the questions we had. You’ll love this cottage and you’ll love the location!

This property was very clean! Private little culdesac. Great for our dog. We stayed 3 nights., wishing we could have stayed longer. Within walking distance to the beach. The neighbors were friendly as well. Our host Tina was very helpful. Will definitely be coming back for a longer stay.
