An open, two-story floor plan features inviting social spaces, including a 10 person dining table. Stylish decor, tile floors, and an updated kitchen add to the opulence of this dreamy vacation home.
LIVING AREAS
Gather for quality time in the main living area, furnished with a large leather sectional seat. A 70” Smart TV allows you to stay up-to-date on favorite shows. Two armchairs create a quiet reading nook.
GAME AREAS
The shuffleboard / Air-hockey / Foosball offers hours of group fun. A 70" Smart TV for game time. Large windows provide excellent views of the poolsides. Set up a board game from the provided collection.
KITCHEN & DINING
The modern kitchen is sure to please the home chefs.
Serve sunlit morning meals at the table for four in the breakfast nook, gather for elegant dinners around the table for ten in the dining area.

This home sleeps up to 16 guests / 11 Beds in four bedrooms.
Room D: 1 Twin trundle + Twin Bed = 3 Beds (3ppl)
Room C: 1 Queen bed + Twin Bed = 2 Beds (3 ppl)
Room B: 2 Queen beds (4ppl) / desk
Room A: 2 Queen beds + Twin Trundle = 4 Beds + en-suite shower (6ppl) / desk
Downstair half-bath and Hall Full Bathroom provide added convenience.

POOL AND OUTDOOR AREAS
The backyard is a private paradise. Dip in the heated saltwater pool 20 ft long and 4 - 9ft deep.
Kick back on chaise lounges by the pool or rest in the shade on comfy seating on the large patio. Play outdoor corn hole games. Barbecue tasty meals on the charcoal grill and dine at the table for ten. A wood-burning firepit adds allure to alfresco meals.
Relax in a 6 person therapeutic hot tub spa with over 40 jets.
*Additional $99/per entire stay hot tub fee
* The pool can be heated for $100/day. Please provide 48 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool and is required to be turned on for the entire stay. Due to cold weather heating pool in Jan and Feb can only go to 75 and Other only to 80.

All of our homes are fully-stocked and include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, paper products, hotel-quality linens, as well as a bath towel and washcloth for each guest. Our kitchens are also stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, 12 cup drip coffee maker/ coffee and other items.

Other things to note
We are trying our best to schedule in between guests but sometimes our regular services (Lawn/Pest/Pool) get backed up. They will enter via the yard gate. You do not need to be home. Pool services usually come Sunday 10am - 1pm and Thursday afternoon/night.

Please be mindful this is a beautiful but quite neighborhood.
We do allow large groups but please keep outside noise to a minimum after 9 P.M. This isn’t a large party house. Thank you for understanding.
