Had a really good stay except for the lack of air con.
Nice and clean. Friendly staff. The hotel had entertainment, games room and the pool
There was no air con in the room. But they did have a portable fan which wasn’t good when you have 4 in one room. The pool temperature was cold

Very nice stay. The facilities are good too but please add someone to help the receptionist at the spa/swimming pool
The hotel is in a great location, helpful staff, good facilities but the rooms need a bit of makeover and so it’s the lift.
The bathroom really needs some makeover….

Enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t be retuning to the hotel again
Lots of things to do at the property
Was in great need of refurbishment. Didn’t feel like our vehicles were safe at the property.

Very disappointing
Amount of facilities. Jodie, the waitress at breakfast, was always smiling and very helpful. The Fire and Ice experience at the Spa.
Extreme heat throughout the hotel, even with the bedroom window open at night - looking at previous reviews, this seems to have been mentioned before. Having to pay £10 per day for parking, because we'd booked with Booking.com. Breakfast wasn't great; had a strange taste of cooking oil and overcooked. The scrambled eggs looked like they had had water added to them, which made them inedible. The Croissants came out over heated and hard. Our room was very small, but as we were only sleeping there, it wasn't too much of a problem, but what was a problem was the cleanliness - the bath mat was mouldy, around the suckers underneath, the bathroom tiles were dirty, as was the floor and shelf behind the toilet and sink. I picked up an empty packet of facial moisturiser, from the floor behind the sink, which must have fallen there from a previous guest. The toilet wasn't screwed to the floor and rocked when you sat on it - this has been reported. The walls in the bedroom had various stains on them, including tea. On our first evening, at the Aztec bar, my husband asked for a bottle of Rose' wine and was told they don't 'do' bottles of wine - I've never been told this in any bar before! Another time, I asked for a tray to carry six drinks back to the table at the Aztec bar and was just told "they're all out"! My sister in-law asked for a Pina Colada at the Aztec bar and was told "we don't often get asked for them, so I don't know how to make it, do you want it in a wine glass or a pint glass!" Another time, I asked for a jug of Pimms and was told 'we've no jugs"! On two separate occasions, I had to ask for the water bottle at the water station to be replaced as it had run out. The swimming pool near the jacuzzi was full of sand and looked filthy, so we got straight out! Had to sit on the raised sun terrace as all sun beds were 'saved' by 9am.
