Ziemlich gute Unterkunft

Sehr gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung der Wohnung... da gab es nichts was gefehlt hat. Außerdem war der Pool und die Außenanlage sehr schön sauber gehalten. Bei Problemen gab es eine schnelle meist zufriedenstellende Lösung.

Nicht gefallen hat uns leider die Sauberkeit... es waren viele Haare im Bad und der Waschmaschine. Dazu kommt das die Wände sehr dünn sind und wir fast täglich dem Abendprogramm unserer Nachbarn lauschen konnten.

Estava tudo muito limpo, organizado, me impressionou a cozinha, pois tinham todos os utensílios para ajudar a preparar o que quisesse. O chuveiro maravilhoso. A zona é muito tranquila e silenciosa.

Tive alguns problemas com o cartão chave e o sistema de bloqueio da porta, mas não afetou minha experiência pois a Staff me respondia e me instruía em pouco tempo

Sehr ansprechendes Haus mit Pool und Parkplatz.

Dass der Pool im Dezember für mich etwas zu kühl ist, kann man nicht wirklich beanstanden. Auch die steile Hanglage ist auf Madeira nichts Ungewöhnliches.

Opravdu jedinečné místo k relaxaci, krásnější jsem na Madeiře ani neviděla.

Na Madeiru jsem přijela na Mistrovství Evropy v plavání. Ubytování bylo naprosto stěžejní pro dosažení mých výsledků. Bylo zde čisto, dobře se spalo, vařilo, relaxovalo u bazénu, cítila jsem se tam bezpečně a opravdu jsem se zde cítila jako doma. A výhled z terasy? Nádhera. Už jsem doma a trochu se mi stýská:-). Děkuji!

Une des meilleures réservations de vacances possible, appartement complètement équipé, proche de tout, très facile à trouver, spacieux et au calme. Super accueil et explication pour le parking et l entrée dans la villa. Je recommande 1000 fois. Les restaurants et les centres de shopping sont à 1km

Amazing place

This is a lovely apartment, super-equipped with actually more than you need. Good bed and great shower. The views are amazing. There are more apartments and guests in the building, but it feels like you have the whole place for yourself. The owners are very responsive to any questions you have. I can't really think of anything negative. This place is great value for money.

Keine "Villa mit privatem Pool"! Eher "Apartment in einer Villa mit gemeinschaftlichem Pool"...

Das Apartment war sauber, die Ausstattung war umfangreich (Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine!) und in sehr gutem Zustand, schöner Ausblick, inbegriffener Parkplatz, Gastgeber:innen sehr freundlich – inkl. Madeira-Wein und Bolo do Mel als Begrüßungsgeschenk.

Man bucht keine "Villa mit privatem Pool"! Man bucht ein "Apartment in einer Villa mit gemeinschaftlich genutztem Pool" – mit insgesamt 9 Apartments. Dies wird technisch gesehen in dem Inserat falsch beworben! Die Wände und Decken sind zudem teilweise recht dünn, sodass man die anderen Gäste recht schnell laut hört. Das Grundstück liegt an einer stark befahrenen (also lauten und gefährlichen) Straße, und aufgrund der vielen Tag und Nacht bellenden Hunde in der Nachbarschaft kann daher zur Nachtruhe kein Fenster offen gelassen werden, sodass es leider ziemlich stickig wird. Es gibt immer noch Bauarbeiten am Haus, was ebenfalls Lärm verursacht. Man wird angewiesen, den Müll selbst zu entsorgen, was ich bei einer solchen Buchung unangebracht finde (aber das mag jede:r selbst beurteilen/entscheiden). An einem Tag gab es mit sehr kurzfristiger Vorabinformation 6 Std. lang keinen Strom, und an einem anderen Tag sollten wir das Zimmer für irgendwelche Feuerüberprüfungen frei machen (obwohl wir am Folgetag abgereist sind). Das Zugangssystem mit 2 physischen Schlüsseln und einem digitalen Schlüssel (plus zwei Lock-Boxen) könnte etwas vereinfacht werden.

The apartment is stunning, clean, all new amenities. It has everything that is needed for a wonderful time! A/c in the room and the living room, dishwasher, washing machine, enough dishes and everything you need for cooking if you fancy, amazing and comfortable room. Extra towels and sheets available. We already recommend it to our friends and family and is a must place to come back. It has parking available. Swimming pool clean and wonderful view Want to mention the compromise on recycling and taking care of the environment from the hotel. Low noise level.

The water heat lengh for, maximum, 10 min. Then have to wait for a while till it was available. But this is something that doesn’t affect the overall experience cause, really, it’s a wonderful place to go
