About this apartment rental

Located within the rural Tuscan countryside in the commune of Palaia – this impressive 15th-century villa is well-equipped for families and large groups. While the striking interiors won’t be to everyone’s taste, the vast lush gardens, private swimming pool, and jacuzzi guarantee a relaxing Tuscan retreat. Designed with entertaining in mind, the outdoor dining area complete with a gazebo is perfect for group meals as the sunsets. Set upon a private estate of around thirty hectares, you needn’t explore further than your authentic surroundings, but if you’re looking for a day trip – the town of Palaia isn’t too far.  Home truths: *While the additional bedrooms and bathrooms aren't photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home *This home is spread over three floors, with no internal lift – it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility *There’s free on-site parking at this home *Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free upon request *Well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay *The swimming pool and pond are unfenced here, so children will need to be supervised at all times *The swimming pool is only available for use between the last Saturday of April and the First Saturday of October *Hen and stag parties are not allowed at this home
