Tiene un lindo concepto, el diseño del restaurante es genial, la puerta esta padrisima!

En general el hotel está en buenas condiciones y su ubicación es muy buena.

Faltó que rellenaran el shampoo ya que estaba vacío en recipiente. Casi para salir como a las 11am la habitación se quedó sin luz, y no regreso, salimos de ella a las 12pm

Esperaba mas

Las instalaciones son bonitas (mas los exteriores que los cuartos en si), la comida del restaurante, la ubicación muy bien

El servicio en general, no es malo, pero casi, la alberca esta llena de animalitos, no hay camastros en el área de la alberca, la regadera del baño esta pegada a la pared, muy incomoda, el desayuno cortesía, en las 2 ocasiones que fuimos estaba casi completamente vacío (desayunamos a la carta)

No vale lo que cuesta. Tienen que trabajar mucho en su limpieza.

La limpieza de los cuartos dejo muchisimo que desear. Entregaron cuartos sucios, con el baño sucio, camas sin cambair sabanas. Terrible. Hace falta mucha capacitacion de personal y personal

Mejoro bastante con respecto a mi estancia anterior

El desayuno muy rico y muy buena ubicacion, es la segunda vez que me hospedo aqui y en esta ocasion fue una mejor experiencia que la vez anterior.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aqui, la primera vez dejaron mucho que desear por varios detalles y en esta ocasion mejoro bastante mi experiencia, el unico pero que le pongo es que la toalla no estaba 100% limpia, y me hicieron falta pantunflas.

Estaba muy limpio y muy bonita decoración

Los servicios fueron pésimos, pedimos toallas, agua y papel de baño 3 veces, la segunda vez nos dijeron que ya habían llevado a la habitación y no fue verdad, nunca lo hicieron. Al realizar el check-out e informar del pésimo servicio nos dijeron que podíamos llenar nuestras botellas de agua, cosa que no nos informaron nunca las personas del staff las otras 3 veces al solicitar agua. Para terminar, nos obligaron a dejar una cantidad de dinero como depósito y no la regresaron al momento del check out, se envió por transferencia después de solicitarla en repetidas ocasiones. una semana después. Pésimo, pésimo staff.

Very good

The place exceeded our expectations. The room was impeccable ant it includes all the amenities you might need, the linen was clean; everything is in mint condition. We would totally come back.

Stay was convinient.

I like the fact that the hotel is new and clean. The beds are great cause I really hate to rent a house or stay in an old hotel with very old beds. Pets friendly is a plus.

1. No body watching the parking space, limited space in the roof are and some cars parks in two spaces. 2. They do offer free breakfast but it takes for ever, they only have two waitresses... not a good service. 3. When I booked I was never asked if I was taking a pet, so at the time to register they did charge me $500.00 pesos, that was a rip off cause I only spend one night and I was carrying my bog's bed and the food.

The hotel was clean

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel 5/5/2023. The hotel is new and clean. The front desk people were nice and welcoming. There are a few things we did not like. There were no towels in the bathroom, we called the front desk, we waited for 20 minutes and they never brought the towels, we had to go and asked for them at the front desk. The air conditioner was not working properly the first night, the fan made a lot of noise, the room did not have a nice view, it was the back of the hotel. They never followed up with the concerns( ac, towels and the fan). It’s decent but not what we expected.
