A pleasant short break disrupted by problems with the property.

The property was ok for our purposes but the access up the drive was very steep and then steps up to the front of the villa and more steps up to the pool area. The place was clean and offered a good level of accommodation.

Unfortunately on our third night (Monday) at about 00:45 we were woken by loud cracking and popping noises and on investigation found that a number of floor tiles in the access hall to the ground floor level bedrooms had detached themselves with some force from the floor, we reported this the following morning and the management company sent someone to investigate and some repair works were carried out, however the floor was left in a poor condition and both the lounge and the corridor were left in need of a clean up and when I opened the adjacent bedroom door another six floor tiles detached themselves preventing any further access into that bedroom. I contacted the management company again the following morning and requested that they send someone to remove the loose tiles, clean the property and cover the affected floor area thus making it safe for us to use in order that we could continue our stay without any further upset, which they did later that day. This series of incidents disrupted three days out of our seven day stay in the property which whilst it didn't completely ruin our holiday it had a negative and time consuming effect.
