Good place to be living in Siem Reap

It was centrally located and well managed. The cleanliness was exceptional and staff was endearing. Ms Kim was truly wonderful and yes the view was beautiful

Well, the tiles used did not meet the required standards while location of wash basin in the bedroom was a poor idea. There were too many height disruptions on the floor which can be dangerous. The bathroom door was warped

Friendliest staff in a great base to explore the region

Relaxing and perfect for a family holiday

The staff make this hotel. They are friendly, attentive and genuinely kind and caring toward their guests. The room was spacious and the location is conveniently located, within walking distance to town, a short tuk-tuk ride to the temples with a great supermarket next door and epic museum across the road.

The restaurant food is OK/ average. After trying both lunch and breakfast we decided to eat out for the remainder of our stay.

Hervoragender Aufenthalt - nettes Personal und tolle Lage

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, was den gesamten Aufenthalt gleich nochmal schöner macht. Bei Problemen, zum Beispiel mit der etwas zu lauten Klimaanlage, kann man sich jederzeit melden und es wird noch am selben Tag gelöst. Wenn man bereits früh los muss, wird einem ein großzügiges Frühstückspaket zusammengestellt.

Alles in Ordnung, ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist es natürlich nicht aber das sollte bei den moderaten Preisen auch klar sein.

Angkor wat !!

Una posizione fantastica a cinque minuti dai templi di Angkor wat e 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il centro città e il night market. Staff molto gentile e disponibile per le nostre necessità. Anche il tour da loro organizzato è andato molto bene. Massaggi alla Spa da provare!!!

La colazione è veramente unico punto debole di questo hotel, poca scelta e scarsa qualità.

Hands-down best service we’ve seen in Asia! The staff and overall team was outstanding, accommodating, always with a smile and going the extra mile. The facilities were amazing, especially pool and bar. Food was excellent and breakfast was amazing. Amazing value for money!

Bathroom - several floor levels which are NOT conspicuous. floor tiles slippery, edges are not rounded or beveled. Only rain shower, WITHOUT alternative hand shower.

All in all a great, convenient hotel.

When we arrived at 11;30 in the morning on the day of our check in with my friend. we were obviously very very early to check but the girl behind the reception desk said no problem except that our room wasn't ready so she upgraded us to a room on the top floor for no extra cost. Wow !!! Fantastic customer service.. The swimming pool is amazing and the breakfast is as varied as you could possibly get. Would definitely go back.

Incredible experience. Stayed at Sala Siem Reap Hotel for our short trip and spent two wonderful days there. The hospitality was outstanding, making our stay in Siem Reap truly memorable. We are thrilled with our choice and would definitely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap. Highly recommended to friends and family.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff, and in convenient location

Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms. Accommodating staff who allowed us to check in about 6am (for small fee) and greeted us each day after we returned from exploring with a cold towel and drink. Tasty breakfast. Handy location across the road from Angkor National Museum and a short tuk tuk ride to Pub Street and the night market. Excellent aircon in the room.

We stayed here during extreme heat (about 38-39C each day with humidity) so the pool wasn’t particularly refreshing during the heat of the day as it heated in the sun. The gym was also unusable in this weather because it was not air conditioned.

Absolutely superb!

Not sure how anyone can rate this hotel anything less than excellent! My friend and I stayed here 2 nights at the end of our 2 weeks travelling around siem reap and we certainly saved the best till last. We stayed in a deluxe room the first night which was lovely with great views and fantastic breakfast. We cannot rate the staff and service highly enough, every single member of staff we met went out of their way to help us and we're always smily and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, large, nicely air-conditioned, and clean. The pool is terrific and wonderful for refreshing and relaxing after exploring the temples.
