Lovely place with a great view!

The place was spacious and well equipped with all sorts of amenities. The view of the vineyards outside the property was also breathtaking. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely wonderful, a bargain at that price, 100% will stay again.

There's so much to love. When I booked I wondered how such an inexpensive property could have so many rave reviews, now I know. We were greeted on arrival (I believe the hosts aren't always there, but they were for me and it was great) and given a quick tour, and felt immediately at home. The location is just spectacular, you're looking out over a gentle sloping valley with vines up close and homesteads in the distance, the stars are stunning with so little other light around, and the accommodations are cosy. The kitchen situation is a little unusual, inside the apartment there's only the barest essentials of water, a kettle, and a microwave with a few utensils and crockery, but two steps away down the covered patio is a full commercial kitchen that I LOVED. It's HUGE, spotlessly clean, with every amenity imaginable. There's multiple different outdoor locations to eat, all of them either with a view or wildlife or both, and no matter where you look you can enjoy the wonderful environment in every direction. The night air was filled with the sound of frogs, by day the sound of birds surrounds you, it's a cosy little slice of heaven.

For the price? There's nothing I didn't like. If you come in expecting the ritz-carlton then of course you'll find fault with things, but this is an absolutely delightful property, cosy and 'country' in style, and if you can accept the kitchen arrangement I mentioned above (which I actually REALLY liked, but may not be to everyone's liking) then this really is a great property at an amazing price.

Great relaxing stay in a beautiful location in the Yarra Valley.

Great location, beautiful views and very friendly hosts.

There were no cooking facilities but the hosts were very helpful in making a meal for our children.

Spacious accommodation with stunning views!

We met Tony on arrival, he was friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The scenery from the property was stunning, especially at sunset and early morning. Would highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay, brilliant hosts and excellent value for money!

Wow this place is just amazing. The views from the main bedroom are unreal! Comfy beds, spotlessly clean and tidy, plenty of room to relax and socialise in. Sandra met us on arrival and gave us the tour of the property which was kind of her, she's an excellent host!

My only regret was not booking an extra night or two.

A hidden gem with amazing views

Such a great place with very accommodating hosts. The apartment is connected to their residence but it's completely private. Sandra and Tony have done a brilliant job with the accommodation which has million dollar views. We stayed with a newborn and had a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again when their cooking school opens!

Easy, simple, homely.

The outlook was spectacular. There were lots of spare blankets. Perfect location for our needs. It was bigger than expected.

Nice views and cosy room

The views and the main bedroom. It was also clean

The kitchen had no sink however the owners were very kind enough to wash our plates and cutlery. Two single beds in one room a bit squishy but still functional

Perfectly located , quiet with a beautiful view

Loved the location , the view and apartment was perfect for us The host Sandra was amazing she made a special effort to take us to and from our venue which made for a stress free night

Fantastic location and friendly host

Clean and Great location from where the wedding was.

The main sliding door lock was a little difficult to open/close with the key. So we have to lock it from the inside and come out from the side door.

Terrible

The view and vineyard

Many things - the only toilet was not working - which the owner knew before we arrived and did not advise, until we got there and tried using it and then confirmed there was an issue and they contacted the plumber. No plumber came and they gave us no other option of a a toilet and said no to using theirs . The towels were hard, there was hair in the bath, many spiders, dogs barking, sensor light coming on, lounge and beds were uncomfortable. No bbq. A fire pit would of been nice as the 2 campers on the property had fires even though it was fire season. Really disappointed. No apologies or alternatives.

We would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to explore the Yarra Valley.

We received a lovely welcome from Sandra. The unit was very clean and tastefully furnished, complete with plush towels and nice linen. It was also larger than we expected... a real home away from home!

The unit is situated at one end of the host's home, so both our host, and us as guests needed to be mindful of creating noise. Our daughter found the fold out bed (extra one in second bedroom) squeaky.

Exceptional

Lovely accommodation with a beautiful view! Facilities were great, very comfy bed, good shower.

It's cold in winter and the heater couldn't quite keep up but the bed had an electric blanket that saved the day.

A really nice stay

The apartment is located on a small farm on a hill, in the middle of a vineyard. Just like the pictures currently displayed on Booking. The location is very quiet, perfect for a family. The owner lives next door and was friendly. Nice two big dogs that our kids were happy to meet (separated by a fence so riskless). Our only regret: having stayed only for 2 nights.

We did not dislike anything. A perfect stay. People reading the review should however keep in mind the location is very remote (no restaurant, grocery store accessible by foot or bicycle). A car is a must.

Superb setting and a beautiful house with lots of nice touches. Sandra went out of he4 way to accommodate us. Our only regret is that we were not there long enough to appreciate it properly.
