Latitudes is the perfect house for 2-6 people. It is only two doors down from the boardwalk to the beach. Simply walk down the stairs, pass 2 houses and cross the street and you are on the boardwalk. Latitudes offers more square footage and decks than most of the coach houses in Beachwalk. One deck is right off the kitchen, it is very private (built right into the sand dune) a perfect place to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink while you grill in the evening. The top deck off of the 3rd floor is very large and has some of the best views as it is one of the highest decks in Beachwalk! It has table seating for 8, outstanding views of the area with views of Lake Michigan when the leaves are down! Enjoy all the amenities Beachwalk Resort has to offer, and the stunning sunsets over Lake Michigan and the skyline of Chicago which are only steps away!

Plenty of elbow room for you to spread out and enjoy your getaway. Cozy up on the couch for a relaxing evening or deal the cards for a family game night at the built in dining room table. Third floor smart tv room offers a place for the kids to play games or watch their own shows.

Depending on the time of day, the decks offer the perfect amount of shade or private space for catching a tan.

1 parking spaces; along the street in front of the stairs heading up to Latitudes. Please note that when the main house is rented separately the parking is shared.
HOUSE RULES

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool*, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard*, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding* and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.
Changes in Latitudes rents with a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday during peak season (mid-June to mid-August).
