These locations can also be reached by train all year round. It is also nice to stop here and go to Milan for a day trip since frequent trains depart from Genoa and reach Milan in 1h30 minutes. The Genoa airport is 30 km away, 20 minutes away by taxi.
The apartment is close to Via Luccoli which represents a route for a pleasant walk, among ancient homes and shops and leads directly to the Port. On the square there are several historic buildings from the 16th and 17th centuries, included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites
In 5 minutes you arrive in Piazza De Ferrari, the main meeting place and main reference for the most important events of city life. The beautiful and strategic position of the apartment therefore allows pleasant walks to discover the major Genoese attractions, such as the AQUARIUM and the beautiful historic centre. It is equally easy to travel by public transport because the bus and taxi stop is right in front of the apartment.
The apartment, with great attention to detail, is located on the first floor of a beautiful building with ELEVATOR. It is equipped with an armored door, video intercom system and includes: - the open-space area, with 3 double-glazed windows, 1 round table, 4 chairs for dining or workstation, 1 double sofa bed.Its ideal for 2 person but the sofa bed allow 2 extra guests.

-a bedroom with double bed, two large double-glazed windows, 50" UHD Samsung flat-screen smart TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables.

-a small room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a folding clothes drier, and ideal to place the luggage while you are there.
Free and fast Wi-Fi, a set of towels for each person, bed linen and linen for the sofa bed. In the bathroom there are dispensers with shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner. In the kitchen you will find Nespresso machine, 2 coffee pods, teas, biscuits and water.
The heating is centralized. During summer, an air conditioner is available in the bedroom.
