The bathroom is stocked with a hair dryer. Watch the birds, chipmunks, and other visitors from the comfort of the sofa. The family room has comfortable and updated furniture with a queen size pull out sofa bed that has a memory foam mattress. Full size washer and dryer with detergent. Linens/towels and bath amenities provided. Streaming tv included or get cozy in front of the fire place and enjoy the mountains. Or, play corn hole on the expansive porch! Views - picturesque views from this ground floor unit either from the comfort of the porch or through the large windows. Feels very private. We are flexible and will do our best to accommodate your needs depending on other bookings. Our unit is on the ground floor but do have a minimal amount of stairs from the parking area to our private entrance.
