If you're seeking a 30-day+ stay in one of Oahu’s most iconic neighborhoods, we invite you to experience this exceptional Lanikai beach house. This stunning property is available for one month or longer stays during the following dates:
November 26–December 28, 2024
Ideal for family reunions, this 4,400+ sq. ft. home offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on the ground floor, along with a 6th bedroom suite on the second floor. The home accommodates up to 14 guests, offering both privacy and ample space for everyone to gather.
- Property Highlights -
* Prime Location: Just a few homes from Lanikai Beach, with 75 feet of oceanfront and easy access to the water.
* Interior: The home features an open courtyard with a pool and multiple living areas for relaxation and dining. A gourmet kitchen (remodeled in 2023) with high-end appliances and an expansive dining area seats 18.
* Private Rooms: Each bedroom offers privacy, with separate entrances, en suite bathrooms, and many with private sitting areas.
* 6 Sleeping Arrangements: Includes a primary bedroom suite, theater room with queen bed, multiple guest rooms with queen and king beds, and the private upstairs suite with panoramic ocean views.
- Updated Features -
* Remodeled Kitchen (2023): Two double refrigerators, large island, granite counters, and stocked with cookware and glassware.
* Second Floor Suite: Features a private reading room, large bedroom with king bed, a luxurious bath, and a meditation space. It opens onto a lanai with stunning views of Lanikai Beach and the Mokulua Islands.
- Additional Details -
* Utilities Included: Monthly rent covers electricity, cable, internet, trash, sewer, weekly pool and yard service, pest control, and parking for up to 4 vehicles.
* Cleaning: A $900/month cleaning fee covers mid-stay and exit cleaning services.
* Refundable Security Deposit: $5,000 required.
- Pricing -
* 30–180 Day Leases: A combined tax rate of 17.96% applies.
* 6+ Month Leases: Reduced tax rate of 4.712% for extended stays.
Special Pricing is available for extended stays of 2 months or more between April 20, 2024 – January 2, 2025.
- Outdoor Living -
* Oceanside Yard: Flagstone, grass, palm trees, and a double hammock create the perfect setting for relaxation. The yard also features outdoor dining areas and chaise lounges for sunbathing.
* Private Lanai: The primary suite opens to a covered lanai with ocean views, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Located on the Windward Coast of Oahu, Lanikai is a peaceful, picturesque neighborhood far from the crowds of Waikiki. With its crystal-clear waters, white sand beaches, and panoramic views of the Mokulua Islands, Lanikai offers the perfect blend of privacy and access to nature.
