The Space:
This stylish fully furnished studio apartment with garden views is in great condition and offers tile throughout and a large balcony including lounge chairs and dining area with table and four chairs.
"Optimum Oasis 1182" is a first level (fully air- conditioned) studio apartment with Kitchen, Dining area, Living area with two club chairs, and a King Bed with 55" TV. It is equipped with FREE WIFI including the Highest Speed Internet offered and Cable TV with over 35+ channels.
For families / friends that wish to group together,
"Sublime Stay 1173" is a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 and is connected by a locked door between
"Grand Getaway 1172" that sleeps 2.
"Heavenly Haven 1170" is another 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 and is just a few doors down the common hall.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire apartment and large private pool at La Terrasse and the front desk reception provides free towel service (with deposit).

Maho Beach is one of the most famous beaches in the world, located at the end of the runway of Princess Juliana International Airport, laying the scene for many vacation movies that have gone viral.

Underground parking is located at the building for $8/day. The front reception desk will issue you a key card.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is privately owned and located in the Royal Islander Complex building La Terrasse. It is a plane spotting paradise between 7am-7pm. The average temp in the winter months is 28C (82F) during the day and 25C (75F) at night.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.
Interaction with Guests:
Check-in is at the Royal Islander La Terrasse on the main level. Maintenance onsite and housekeeping can be requested from us. Always available for any questions you may have.
