This place has it all! Golf. Casinos. ATV Riding. Private Pool. Secluded yard. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Zion National Park, or Las Vegas NV. This stunning rental is perfectly located for fun and relaxation! It is equipped with everything you could ever possibly need to host the perfect vacation for your group! You won't want to leave! Our (seasonally) solar heated pool ensures the most comfortable water temperature while sunning on the tanning deck or splashing in the deep end. If not in the water, enjoy the outdoor living space for your morning coffee or evening beverage. Cookout with the family using the Blackstone while sitting around the fire pit table. The yard is surrounded by string lights and solar powered tiki torches in the evenings to set the perfect ambiance for unwinding after a long day of playing. Inside the open concept living space there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the guest rooms includes a large desk for dedicated work space as well as a queen sized murphy bed. The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed and ensuite featuring a large soaking tub as well as a stand alone shower. The 3rd guestroom includes a queen size bed as well as a smart TV for your streaming enjoyment. The kitchen is fully loaded with all essentials plus extras like crock pots, ninja blender, juicer and a wine fridge. We leave it stocked with the general condiments as well as coffee, creamer, hot chocolates and popcorn for the kids. Guests can access plenty of on street parking, a driveway for 3 cars and gated trailer parking. Easy access to ATV trails from the property. Close to the casinos and city center. Multiple golf courses just minutes away. We are within blocks of a public park that includes a fishing pond, splash pad, shaded playground, as well as basketball and tennis courts. Entire home, yard, and pool. phone, text,or email This neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of. The neighbors, as well as the community in general and friendly and laid back. The weather is gentle as far as winters go, and hot in summers, allowing for plenty of reasons to get in the pool! There's so much to do during the daytime and also at night. There are regular events throughout the year, and plenty of shopping and eating options to choose from. From art museums to riding camels, Mesquite has it all! There are bars, casinos, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and a post office within walking distance. Take a bike to anywhere in town, or call an Uber to get to the farside of town quickly. We operate at the discretion of our neighbors. We ask that you be respectful and courteous. Please keep the noise down and do not park in front of their homes. **Please note - The pool is NOT heated year round** It will be most enjoyable from Mid April to October.

We rented for 6 weeks to get way from the snow and to play golf. Our Host was amazing, anytime I contacted her she got back to me immediately. The house is fully appointed and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend this home. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

We were over joyed at the space, and the attention to detail. The owner was easy to communicate with, and we were amazed at how stocked the pantry was. We used to live in Mesquite and I wanted to have a good visit with my daughter, her husband and my granddaughter and her Boyfriend and Mesquite was the centerpoint. We laughed. We swam we ate and watched movies. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

House was warm and inviting. Everything we needed was there. Unfortunately a storm came that weekend so we didnt get to enjoy the pool as.much as we would like to have but overall was a great place to stay. Will consider again when i am in the area

This was a cute little house with everything we wanted for a girls weekend! I’ve stayed in a few other rentals and this one tops them all with the amenities available to make the trip that much better! Water bottles in the fridge, wine in the wine cooler, snacks on the counter and in the pantry, toiletries in all the bathrooms, etc. We also found some hydrocortisone cream in a kitchen drawer that was super helpful for a bug bite my friend got while we were outside. The pool was large and there was plenty of seating for everyone. My friends loved the lounge chairs in the wading end of the pool. I would totally stay here again!
