Welcome to Sand Hollow Hangout! This brand-new home has everything you’ll need for a perfect getaway with friends and family! Designed to be the premier “hangout” spot, our home is great for large groups, has one of the best views in the Sand Hollow area, and is near to all the amenities Southern Utah has to offer!

The Hangout is a 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home complete with a bunk room, game room, and private pool and can comfortably sleep 24+ people. Each bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom and 65-inch smart TV. The two master bedrooms and the bunkroom also have loft areas that can be used for additional sleep areas (kids' mattress pads are included). Made for entertainment, the upstairs game room has a full-size slate pool table, a foosball table, board games, and a 75-inch smart TV. The game room leads out to a spacious outdoor balcony fully furnished with patio lounge furniture and a spiral staircase leading down to the pool area for your group to enjoy. Not to mention the views from the game room and the 2nd story balcony are spectacular! Outside on the main level courtyard, you will find a private pool (heated in the winter to your liking), pool loungers, an outdoor dining table, BBQ, an outdoor 65-inch smart TV, and plenty of sitting to enjoy the gas fire pit-all while taking in the beautiful views of Utah’s majestic red mountains. The Hangout has ample on-site parking including a 2-car garage and a large concrete pad designed specifically for extra on-site parking with room for trailer parking. In the main area of the house, you will find an open-concept living room with a leather sectional, 75-inch smart TV, a large dining table and island with ample seating for your group, and a fully stocked kitchen (including an under-the-counter ice maker!). The Hangout is a couple-minute walk down the street from the resort’s clubhouse which includes the resort’s full-size swimming pool, a lap pool, a splash pad, and a 30+ person jacuzzi! The resort also includes pickleball courts and a large grass area-perfect for group games and picnics!

I stayed three nights with 15 other friends (8 couples). The good: great gathering spaces. The kitchen was large, the dining table could fit a big chunk of people and there was island seating as well. There were enough bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. The view was stunning from the balcony and the community pool was only a couple minutes away walking. The beds were some of the most comfortable I have had at a vacation home. The check out process was an BREEZE. We were SO RELIEVED to not have a laundry list of chores to tackle before check out. All in all just a beautiful property. The bad: the “pool” was much too hot for us to use for the first two days of the trip. It genuinely felt like a hot tub. We even debated trying to buy bags of ice to throw in so we could use it sooner. We were disappointed since the private pool was a big part of why we booked this location. The bathrooms were all out of soap and there was no dish soap or sponge in the kitchen. The dishes in the kitchen were fine but much too small for what is intended to be a large group house. I would have loved some a couple huge mixing bowls and at least one massive frying pan/sauce pan because I ended up having to cook in batches for the number of people we had. Overall, we had a GREAT time and the proximity to Sand Hollow was awesome. I would stay again but we felt like the listing could do a better job setting expectations on the private pool.

Our entire family of 16 stayed at Sand Hollow and the place was amazing. Everything we needed to begin with was there. Rachel was wonderful and answered any questions we had, which weren't many because she had already answered them. The place was more than big enough and everyone had a marvelous time.

This was such a great place for our family reunion! The big kitchen area had a nice set up for feeding everyone. The kids room and one of the other bedrooms are in a separate area above the garage so we couldn’t hear the kids when in the other rooms. This may be good or bad, but it worked well for us. We were a little surprised that there weren’t any dishwashing supplies, dish soap, sponge or dish towels, and had to run out to buy those, but otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed. We’d definitely reunion here again.

This house was beyond perfect. It was new, clean, plenty of space for our large group. The pool was awesome to have during the warm days. Plenty of room in the kitchen for meals and food storage. Plastic cups and plates which is nice to be able to have by the pool and more than enough for the entire house a few times over.
