Fab place to stay in paros

Effie so helpful with her recommendations every day and all were great. Views were fab. Beds so comfortable.

Would have liked shower curtain but understand personal preference, just hated soaking whole room every time we had a shower

Très bon séjour , emplacement , petit déjeuner , accueil et courtoisie

L’architecture, la vue , l’endroit paisible , la literie

Salle de bain exigu , manque rangement et patères , pas de tv , coffre fort à la réception, électricité , a signaler la distance par rapport au centre de Paros à pied , ( mais n’hésitez pas il vaut le détour)

Nice view, very small rooms.

Nice view, calm location.

Our room was really small and was not properly furnished (barely any storage surface). There was no shower curtain and the water drainage was pourly constructed.

Wonderful

A lovely gem situated a short walk from the main strip in Parikia. Effie was super helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, particularly when we left our bag in a taxi and she helped us make sure everything was returned safely. Would recommend Roses beach to anyone!

Perfect few nights away

The room was amazing and had a lovely view with 2 balconies!! shower was amazing too. the pool was great and I love that it was deep! really close to the beach and restaurants too.

The only bad thing I could think of was the road leading to the hotel is a bit dangerous at night as there’s no pavement so you have to walk along a dark road. I guess that’s only if you decide to walk !

My was was great, my wife and I had a wonderful time at roses beach.

very nice and cozy property. the stag was wonderful and always lending a helping hand.

bathrooms are as advertised, no divider for shower so could get messy.

Good location if having a car. Very comfortable, cozy and well maintained. The best? it is definitely the service, Effie made it perfect for us: so much appreciated all the tips.

Amazing hosts at Roses Beach, so helpful and friendly, what a beautiful spot.

Efi and Babi were amazing hosts and ensured we had a stress free enjoyable stay. Location was great as we walked into Paros town each day. The breakfast was delicious and just what we needed each morning.

Lovely people and view and lots of fabulous places to sit outside.

Lovely people who were very helpful. We loved our room and a spectacular view of the harbor. Nothing to complain about.

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room. No food available at the bar. unable to provide transfer from the port. Drinks service around the pool area was inconsistent and slow. Unable to provide an early breakfast due early departure of ferry.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

We liked the nice view to the sea and the pool, the rich breakfast and the kindness and wilingness of the owner to give information about the island

We didn't like that there was no hair dryer nor TV in the room. Also in our room (no. 8) the door of the cupboard has to be fixed, as it kept opening.

Stunning location with a family and local feel.

We loved breakfast by the pool overlooking Parikia. Rosa was always available and extremely helpful.

A beautiful property with lovely views. we loved our stay here and settled in very quickly. The rooms, pool and bar were all great and we always enjoyed the breakfast. Effie was very helpful with anything we needed organised or help with.

Good continental breakfast. Loved the hot boiled eggs and choice of fresh fruit

Chilled and quiet

Effie and her husband could not have been more welcoming. Great views, and not crowded out by traffic or other buildings. Very quiet, and understated accommodation.

An invasion of mosquitoes. Not much management can do about that. Availability of of repellents or coils from reception would have helped.

We loved our stay at Roses Beach Hotel.

The Pool area is just amazing, beautiful, with a breath-taking view of the Paros port bay. The breakfast was delicious and the area to eat your breakfast is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay at Rose Beach Hotel and Effie the owner way lovely and kind.

Best accommodation in Paros

This was a return trip to Roses. Effie was exceptional and went out of her way to accommodate us. We hosted a number of our friends and family all of whom were incredibly impressed. We had a lovely time and we will definitely return. Perfect location, gorgeous pool and extremely close to an incredible beach!

Family friendly, amazing pool with bar and view

Everyone who works at Roses are so kind, friendly and helpful. We love the pool area it is beautiful to spend all day at. And so nice that there’s a bar at the pool. We went with our one year old, he loved it and Roses were so accommodating with him.
