Very enjoyable stay at Sara’s

Well placed just in front of 2 surf spots. Nice building and decoration. Very comfortable beds. Spacious flats. The penthouse and its terrace offers a nice view.

RECOMENDABLE

La anfitriona es muy servicial y se preocupa mucho porque no falte de nada, hasta nos dejó dos chocolatinas de recibimiento. El lugar es céntrico, la capital y centro comercial está muy cerca en coche y puedes ir paseando a las piscinas del Puertillo en Bañaderos. El piso es amplio y lo tienen decorado muy bonito.

Creíamos que habíamos elegido el ático, por lo que recomendamos que al solicitarlo por Booking os fijéis bien y preguntéis antes. Echamos de menos un microondas. El lugar dónde está ubicada la cama es poco accesible y la cama no es muy cómoda que digamos pero si vais por un par de días es pasable.

Good location, really nice apartment

Good position in front of the sea, there is enough space to park, nice terrace and nice apartment in general with the bad on a second level which was really cozy and nice. Good wi-fi.

I think it is necessary to add a mosquito net to avoid unpleasant presences in the apartment. Also a radio/tv it is something missing in my opinion, sometimes it is nice to relax at home with some music or just watching a movie.

No te fies de las fotos

La terraza

La segunda habitación no está habilitada para ser una habitación, es un zulo con una cama colocada… el calor era insoportable, una ventana sin persiana, no tenía armario para la ropa, y en el anuncio no vienen fotos de dicha habitación… La cocina no tiene microondas y el horno está situado sobre una estantería inestable y era un peligro porque el horno se vuelca y te puede tirar la comida quemando encima… El mantenimiento de la casa deja mucho que desear, poca limpieza, bombillas fundidas sin cambiar, comida en el frigorífico de inquilinos previos sin retirar… La ubicación es mala porque está al lado de la carretera y el ruido es insoportable y para aparcar es difícil.

It was clean and everything looked new but didn’t like the bed

The location you definitely need a car and it’s pretty noisy with so much traffic around as it’s just off a main road.

Nice location

Great location to make trips around the north, lots of places close by. Also great views from the balcony!

A lot of traffic noise overwhelmed the beautiful views. And some simple things to make life easier were missing in the apartment. Also, the toilet door was diificult to close and a hazard for children, and there was no shower curtain, so everything would get completely wet having the shower and toilet one meter apart. There was also very often not enough water pressure in the shower and warm water would finish soon.

Had a great pleasure staying here.

Everything in the apartment looked almost new. The owners are very nice people. Also liked the proximity to the sea and Las Palmas GC.

Because of the proximity to the sea everything is very wet all the time and smells musty. With some ventilation this place would rock.
