A very nice hotel.

Location to Fisher Theater

Parking cost. However, valet did go & get car when we needed it.

It's easy to recommend this lovely hotel.

King Size Room was spotless, ready when I arrived and thoughtfully decorated. Sliding door to the bathroom is memorable, plenty of space for luggage, lots of light. The black and white photography and complementary carpeting in the hallway is lovely.

I had an interaction with a Mop handle sticking out of a bucket left near the elevator door as I headed to the check-in Desk.

Stylish, comfy accommodation even more awesome if you can get a room at a lower rate.

The room was spotless with plenty of space for luggage. The King-size bed was very comfortable. There were Plenty of light switches and power outlets. Tv, refrigerator and safe are also in-room amenities. The Hotel is stylish with framed black and white photos of Detroit's past matching the black and white carpeting on third floor leading to the elevator. Guests check-in on the third floor - not the first floor. I also liked the huge discount in price I got by doing a little homework -- compare prices offered on different days of the week (the season matters as well).

The only thing I could complain about was the shower door - a sliding door- that did not stay closed.

Beautiful entrance but a bit overpriced at $200 a day.

Location, service, and bed were exceptional.

Expensive valet. Advertised per stay. Cost per day. At price should’ve had bell hop services. Toiletries were lacking. Floor beneath platform were unkept.

Beautiful but not comfortable, would not return

Beautiful and immaculately renovated

Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Small thin pillows that do nothing, feels like your head is on the mattress, and mattress feels like you’re laying on the floor that you’ve thrown a comforter over to lay on.

Pretty solid experience with a few bad seeds!

The decor is beautiful, it's Art Deco inspired and the hotel has only been in operation for two months, so I expected some rifts knowing that they were just getting started. It has so many areas of picturesque views and it really has a nice and thoughtful atmosphere. Furthermore, I really appreciated receiving the utmost customer service from Monti and a really nice person in the bar area who wore two blonde braids wrapped. I also appreciated the valet service workers, Edward and Tony. There was also a kind and friendly person who helped me take my bags down during checkout. They all did really well and exceeded the expectations of myself and a friend. Many of the staff members were friendly and greeted us every time, which was a nice touch to the atmosphere!

There was an issue with a light shortage in the room that disrupted my sleep; I called asking for support and was met with awkward tension by Michael, who noted that nothing could be done due to the hotel not having maintenance over the weekends. I also called to verify charges on Tuesday with Jo and was awkwardly dismissed in noticing that the charges were greater than the initial booking. Their attitudes were both pretty disheartening as hospitality should be the baseline in hotel customer service.

it was OK for the price I paid but I don't know if I would stay there again-not one of my favourites

hotel was gorgeous, very clean, room was spacious

the staff were very disorganized i booked through priceline, they didn't have my confirmation they had to recreate a reservation they charged my credit card again for the room, but they are telling me that this amount is just an authorization i waited during checkout to confirm the staff member couldn't help me and finally the manager who was rude said that it was just a hold and would be released

Fantastic hotel, great customer service

Exceptional customer service. Manager Andrew went above and beyond, as did Mich. We travelled with four month old baby and they were so helpful! Amazing hotel.

Big Rooms and Lovely Lobby and Bar

It's still very new, but I love the lobby, hotel bars, and the Detroit Taco Bodega. The rooms are also very big and pretty.

The location was off the downtown Detroit beaten path

The staff was very nice and professional, The valets guys where the best and most knowledgeable of here to go around town .

My shower was to hot and couldn't control the temperature, and a bad shower head didn't function properly.
