Once inside you are greeted by hardwood floors leading off to the left into the open plan living dining space, perfect for entertaining,  including a beautiful picturesque window looking out across Teignmouth beach and beyond. The space is cleverly divided into a stunning and welcoming lounge area along with a stylish dining area and a well-equipped modern kitchen.

Off of the main living area, and making the most of the views, you will find the master bedroom. A tranquil and beautifully furnished room with views of the glittering ocean and a warm, cosy atmosphere. To the left of the entrance hall and located at the back of the apartment is the 2nd bedroom.
