About this cottage rental

New to VRBO! Our house is a newly remodeled, 2740-sq-ft open-concept stunner, adjacent to the CCRT bikepath. Relax in 3 separate living spaces, perfect for 1-2 families with kids, or friends traveling together. A modern open kitchen has everything you need for family dinners. Hang out by the firepit in our huge backyard, or stroll across the path into the Indian Lands, with beautiful paths along the Bass River. Less than 10 mins to bay or oceanside beaches, or bike all the way up to Wellfleet!

The space: Enter into the wood-beamed Great Room, with a wood-burning stove in the corner, cozy couch and Smart TV (equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Disney+), and an expandable dining table that seats 8-10. Off to one side is a sunroom, which overlooks the backyard and is filled with books and games for families, especially the toddler/preschool set. Up the carpeted stairs is the master suite, with a supremely comfortable king bed, a toddler bed/daybed, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open-concept kitchen area has a granite island with pull-up barstools, perfect for gathering around, as well as another dining table that seats 6-8, and a little desk area. That opens to a second living room with a fireplace (currently not in use) and more comfy seating, and a hallway that leads to a high-ceilinged king bedroom, with its own bathroom (this is where you’ll find the full washer/dryer). Up a set of stairs is another bedroom suite with a bunkbed with a twin bed on top and a full bed below, as well as a daybed that pulls out to a king. Basement has ping pong table for rainy day fun!

The house’s location provided a number of opportunities for everyone in our family to enjoy our Cape Cod vacation. From beach visits on both the ocean and bay beaches, to golf at one of Dennis’ local courses, to quiet walks or roller blading on the bike path and wandering along the wooded trails. The house gave all of us space to be together or have quiet time for relaxation. Making S’mores on the fire pit or grilling dinner we all found time to be together. The house was very clean and well equipped to meet our needs. When necessary, communication with Bay was easy. Our vacation on the Cape was very memorable.

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples-spacious, great location, easy access to the bike path. Everything was clean and neat and well stocked for beaching it. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was located on the Cape Cod bike trail. We would ride on the trail each day and loved it. The house was very nice with plenty of room for a large family. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

The owners were very responsive and communicative. Great space in the house and lots of toys and games for our toddler. There was everything needed for the beach which was so convenient. The backyard was spacious and great to run around in. Thank you so much!!

Overall, I was very impressed with the entire experience! The open communication made our entire stay better than other vacation rentals! Our host was very accommodating and provided us with all the essentials. The property and house itself was absolutely gorgeous and an ideal location for bikers and beach goers like ourselves! Thank you for an amazing experience, we look forward to booking with you again next year!

We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The space has wonderful natural light and a great open floor plan which is wonderful for families - I have a 2 year old and 4 year old and there were also toys in the house that the kids loved exploring while there! The owners are lovely and responsive. I will definitely return!
