GOLF VILLA V

Golf Villa V offers a stylish experience, perfect for enjoying the Caribbean lifestyle with family and friends. The villa boasts a peaceful terrace with memorable sunsets while sipping cocktails and taking in the view of the golf course and lake.

The villa features an impeccable interior decoration design. The private king suite is a highlight, offering a double shower tower, a garden shower, a cedar walk-in closet, and beautiful views of the golf course through anti-noise glass windows. Another glass entrance leads directly to the heated pool, surrounded by palm trees, creating a tropical oasis. In addition to the king suite, there are four more rooms, each equipped with two queen-size beds, a private bathroom, cedar-lined closets, ceiling fans, and individual silent air conditioning.

The living room, dining room, and study provide open views of the golf course and lake, creating a serene atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features Calacata quartz countertops, oak cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast room for four people. You can also enjoy outdoor cooking in the BBQ area with two gas tanks. To ensure a truly pampered experience, the villa offers excellent service from a dedicated waiter/bartender and a skilled cook who caters to the needs of the finest guests. The villa is equipped with WiFi throughout.

TRAVEL INFO
* RESORT FEE: $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 years below are granted free access. This fee is payable when you register at Casa de Campo. Each guest will receive a membership card which is to be presented to access the beach club, make restaurant reservations, etc.
* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)

The Neighborhood:
Renovation and improvements will be undertaking in the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog", which are scheduled to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November of the same year.

The affected areas will be: Cacique, Costa Verde, Costamar, Punta Aguila (some not all) and Golf Villas Phase 1.
