About this apartment rental

This cute little apartment is literally steps from local bars and resteraunts. Step right outside and you are downtown Saugatuck with everything it has to offer. This a adorable apartment is a one bedroom with a queen bed. The living room has a smart TV with Hulu Live available to catch all sporting events or 100's of movies. Step out back to your private garden sitting area to relax or head out the front door to all the action of town. This apartment has an efficiency kitchen and does not have a stove/oven but does have a refrigerator and microwave. This unit is equipped with a mini split heater and AC unit. Parking is available in any legal parking spot on the street. Private parking is not available.

By renting this cottage the below is agreeing to the following terms:

(RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)

1.) All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) Parking is available in any legal parking spot on the street. Private parking is not available.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $1500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night.
10.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
11.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than double the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
12.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
13.) Please note to read the street signs in the winter months as you must park on certain sides of the street on certain days for the snow plows.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and everything was wonderful during our stay! We had a couple minor things come up and the staff was on top of helping us resolve it. You can't beat this location and amenities. Highly recommend!

Great location in town. Cute, clean place, just right size for us two! Great towel & hanger supply! Only downfall, hard to get in & out of bed with it against wall. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to others.

I was searching for something centrally located and reasonable in cost and this place was exactly that. Once I got there, I loved the location even more! We could walk to anything downtown no problem, and it was great being in the middle of all the nighttime activities since most of the shops close up fairly early. It was exactly the right size for 2 adults and I couldn’t have found a better place to stay if I tried!

This place is right in th middle of all the action. We parked right in front of the place and the only time we moved the car was to go to the beach. The rental was nice and very clean.

Perfect location! The unit was clean. However, we came in the fall...Walked in with absolutely no heat on in the unit. Space heater was our only source of heat and took a day to get it warm. The second night was ok. If guests are staying and the radiator heat is not working then you make sure someone goes there and turns the space heater on so guests come in feeling warm and then they can adjust from there. Cleaning fee included but owner has a list of chores that include stripping the bed, putting all laundry in a bag, cleaning dishes by hand, and taking out trash. If you charge a fee then you should not be having folks jump through hoops. Also upstairs people were walking around all hours and the bar next door is open later(didn't really care about that but information to folks that care). It served well enough for a short stay but won't be back.

We loved our accommodations. The location was amazing. You could walk to anywhere downtown. The place was nicely decorated and instructions for check in were easy. We had no issues during our stay and would recommend it to others.

If you're looking for an outstanding time in saugatuck, Wally's annex is the place for you. Right in the middle of town, park your car and enjoy your time in saugatuck. Wally's annex was spotless clean. I was able to communicate with property Management very easily. I will say at Wally's attic again on my next trip to saugatuck.

Very small unit, but centrally located. It seems that it was remodeled very quickly in order to get it on the market. A few smaller touches would be nice, like an ottoman, conterspace by a mirror, some USB or extra outlets, etc.

This place is adorable and located right in the middle of everything! From a hot cup of coffee across the street to the multiple restaurants right next door, we had an amazing time. Check in was simple and the directions to get in and out were clear. I enjoyed the petite patio out back where I read my book in the quiet mornings.

This is a wonderful place in downtown Saugatuck, you are literally within walking distance of everything. Just know parking on the street is first come first serve, a couple nights I had to park blocks away, but you can still walk to the cottage in 5 min or less. My only other negative is you need to bring everything to the cottage, there’s no coffee, filters, packet sugars, only two hotel size soaps. There’s only streaming for TV (which I hate) and we never could get it to work as directed, I could have called for that but we didn’t.

Literally in the heart of downtown. No more than 30 steps for breakfast, lunch or dinner including ice cream. Parking was not a big deal either. Highly reccommend!

Cute property ideally located! Comfy bed and surprisingly quiet location given fun bar life nearby. Coffee and pastries across the street made for ideal stop after walking along the water in the morning! Highly recommend this property to others looking for an ideal location--we parked our car upon arrival and never touched it until we left! Tiny suggestion---please consider a larger TV in the main room. For those of us going blind it was hard to see all the way across the room. Also--labeling the light switches would be helpful---frustrating to figure out what tied to what/trying to turn lights on/off. We'll be back---perfect drive from Chicago for fun weekend away!

Took my Mom for a getaway and this was the perfect location and set up. Two coffee shops next door. Short walk to the water , shops, and restaurants. I'll love this area and come about 3 times a year! Nice to have found such a great spot. I'll be back. Thanks for sharing this gem with us.
