The Space:
With its modern decor and great amenities, this Villa is the perfect place to come home to after a day of activities like golfing and bike riding. It is located near the Aerial Tramway and The Coachella Valley Preserve. Inside, it has a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
  
- Bedroom 1: King bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds
- Game Room: Sofa Bed + 2 Rollout Beds [Converted Garage for 4 guests]
- Backyard bedroom: Double Bed [Converted Storage Shed] Please note that this room is in the backyard and all the bathrooms are located inside the main house.

The Villa has a private backyard with a swimming pool, deck chairs, and a lounge area to take in the landscape made up of palm trees and enjoy the beautiful California weather.
Inside the spacious living room and dining area with an open, fully furnished kitchen to cook delicious meals to share. It is equipped with the latest streaming services and high-speed internet. 

The Villa’s main features:

- A fire pit to gather around and share some stories.
- A BBQ grill for those who like to spend a lot of time outside.
- A cinema and games room with a pool table and a cinema screen.

Services & Common areas:
-Pool heating: Upon request, our pool can be heated to a soothing temperature of approximately 83 degrees. Please note that there is an extra fee of $109 per night. To ensure service and that the pool reaches the ideal temperature, you should notify us at least 24-48 hours in advance of the day you want to enjoy the service. The payment must be done prior to the arrival.
- There’s free parking on premises for 2 cars + free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Here are the rules for the City Of Palm Springs:

- No Music or sounds are allowed outside AT ANYTIME.
- Quiet time 10PM - 10AM.
- No Smoking outside.
- No Parties.
The city will call the police if they get any complaints about loud noise. The city gives a citation of $500 & requires ID.
The city is very serious about no noise outside at anytime. Recently a guest was fined $500 for playing music at 2pm in the afternoon. And they will come back and fine you again if noise continues.

Other Things to Note:
- To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our pool cleaner will visit the property on Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM. On the same note, the gardeners will visit on Mondays or Tuesdays between 8am-5pm. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.
- Due to continuous strong winds in the Palm Springs area, we have discontinued the use of umbrellas in the backyards. As they break and blow away with the wind, they are more of a danger to our guests than helpful.
- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording 24/7.
- Due to a regulation of the city of Palm Springs that requires the registration of tourists in vacation rentals, a lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.


Policies:
- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.
- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.

House Rules:
- Due to Palm Springs law, the first and last name of every guest bust me provided to the host before arrival to the Villa.
- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
- We care about respecting the city rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
- Enforcing the same city rules, there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
