About this house rental

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home in quiet tree-lined neighborhood of Boise's trendy North End. This four bedroom, 2-level, 2,500 square foot home is ideal for anyone relocating or vacationing with family and friends. A place for everyone and so close to Hyde Park, (restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, wine, toy store, ice cream parlor and bars), Camel's Back Park, Bogus Basin, Boise River, Greenbelt, Albertson's Stadium and downtown.

Situated in the quaint and charming walkable neighborhood of Boise's North End. This refreshed home offers an entry level living room with gas fireplace, comfortable couch for reading or enjoying a movie on the TV, conversational seating area with garden door, dining room, full kitchen, two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. Walk downstairs to the kitchenette, two bedrooms, one bathroom, laundry room and a place to unwind and play air hockey.

Private, fenced backyard to enjoy at your leisure sitting around the firepit or playing the oversized four square. Home is equipped with a/c and heater. Keyless entry. Private, useable backyard. Free parking available on street in front of home.

There is a separate fenced guest house on the property that use the alley side driveway for parking and access to their unit. If you need more space and would like to include this unit as part of your stay please let me know. The guest house is currently listed on Airbnb.

Guests have access to entire home and yard. The downstairs locked bedroom and garage is reserved for owner storage. Separate fenced guest house is currently listed on Airbnb.

House Rules:
We are in a family neighborhood, quiet hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*This is a non-smoking house. $1,000 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $110 fee. If you do not checkout by 11 AM, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil-based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Events/ parties (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc.) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $2,500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home located on the front door and garage/ driveway.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest’s stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

The house is adorable and the location is great! The house is on a quiet street but you are not far from downtown. Parking was not an issue either. Beds were really comfortable and plenty of amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Jenn was eay to communicate with and offered great suggestions for activities.

The house does not look large from the front, but once inside it is very spacious, decorated really nicely, and has all the things you need. Kitchen has all the basics plus extra, including spices, oil, etc. Coffee pods for Keurig provided. Nice soap/shampoo/conditioner in both bathrooms. VERY clean home. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

This home has so much charm and appeal! It is on a very pretty tree-lined street in a quiet neighborhood. Inside is welcoming and cozy. The house has 1920’s era architecture with modern upgrades and conveniences. We spent our days with family who live in Boise so we weren’t “home” except in the evenings, but the living room was cozy, the beds were super comfy and the coffee was great! We would definitely stay here again!

We love the North End and this house made us fall even more in love with it. Great neighborhood to walk and overall such a fun and relaxing place to stay!
