Muito bom, recomendo!

A localização é muito boa, próximo a uma estação de metrô. O quarto é pequeno, mas tem tudo o que é necessário. O acesso ao hotel é fácil em qualquer horário.

Como o serviço de camareira é feito a cada 6 dias, após 4-5 dias, os lixos ficam cheios, ainda mais porque na cidade não há muitas latas de lixo e tive que trazer o lixo para descartar no hotel.

性價比很不錯，住宿環境很不錯

房間空間比想像大，位置也很便利，樓下有便利商店，對面有星巴克跟Mom's Choice 炸雞。地鐵出口上來只有樓梯，行李較多的話可能不好上下樓。獨立衛浴簡單乾淨，床鋪也柔軟好睡覺，不過要住到6晚才能免費打掃。有飲水機設備，每2層樓有廚房，想要料理也是沒問題。

체크인 후 방이 따뜻해지기 기다리는 시간이 너무 오래걸렸어요.

위치가 좋았고 무엇보다 침구가 깨끗해서 좋았습니다.

너무 추웠습니다. 히터 작동법에 대해 자세히 안내되어 있지 않아 직원분께 도움 요청해야했습니다. 무엇보다 추운 날씨에 방에 체크인하고 들어가니 냉골같아 외투를 껴입고 있어야 했습니다. 몇시간을 틀어놨더니 그제서야 좀 따뜻해지더라구요.. 바닥 난방도 안되는 방이라 히터는 은은하게 미리 틀어서 온도 조절되어있었으면 더할나위없이 좋았을 것 같네요.

장점이 단점을 상회하는 곳.

체크 인 아웃이 메신저로 정보가 공유 되어서 편리했습니다 무엇보다 교통편이 가장 좋았고 주변 인프라, 음식점, 약국, 편의점들이 가까워서 좋았어요 위생 청결 좋은편

나이대 있는 분들은 이용하기 불편할 메신저. 유압 도어클로져가 없어 문닫힘 소음 발생, 의자 끄는 소리 잘 들림, 대화소리 방음이 안돼는편. 바닥난방X, 냉난방기가 침대 바로 위에 위치해 있어 겨울철 건조 불편. 큰창에서 웃풍. 침대 미끄러짐, 조명 상대적으로 어두운 편, 디자인에만 초점을 맞춰져서 다소 실용적이지 못함. 하지만 장점이 단점을 상회하는 곳.

Pick a different hotel, I left early. HORRIBLE experience

Lack of English staff Slow support from front desk staff You have to chat with the staff via messaging because there is no phone in the room to call from desk staff The recption is on the 20th floor! So inconvient, when most hotels have the reception on the 1st floor Slowwww unhelpful staff that leaves at 9pm. I asked for extra pillows. There was 3 staff members present and I was told I would have to wait until the next day for house cleaning to bring it to me. When I complained then they brought it to me the same day. Again terrible customer service You need a card for everything in the room to work. You need a QR code to use the elevator and a 6 digit code to unlock your door! When most hotels you only need 1cars for all 3 functions! So many other better hotels you can stay at in Seoul. I left quickly and at a much better hotel

Decent and good value place to stay in Seoul

Easy self check in procedure. Water fountain on the floor. Clean small room with desk and decent en suite shower, Close to plenty of places to eat and get a coffee. Short walk from pleasant canal side stroll.

Good budget, convenient, and comfortable.

The room space and furniture were useful, the rooms were clean with comfy bed. Loved the location, being so close to the subway station and the elevator (for those with luggage). The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Appreciated the water dispensers in the kitchen so I could just refill my water bottles. Overall great place to stay.

Very good

i stayed in both sinseol and dongdaemun branches and they are very different. for sinseol, i think they focused on the details a lot. staff are super nice and friendly. my room was right near the kitchen which was super convenient. the kitchen has mostly everything you need and was clean. the room was fairly clean, but i did find that if you look closely it wasn't spotless. air conditioning kept me cool. for one person the room is very spacious. library and community spaces were also nice to visit, i often spent some nights before going to bed in the library to relax and look at some books. there is a subway station and bus stop right in front of the building which was really nice and convenient. although you have to buy detergent (the one i bought from the mangrove store wasn't very good) you can you use washing machine and dryer as many times as you want. the dryer was amazing, it would dry my clothes in an hour or so which is convenient.

it wasn't extremely dirty but it wasn't clean either. the walls had a few stains on it and the bathroom had a few stains as well. it seems like its been a while since this branch of mangrove opened so there is some wear and tear. the window was also a bit dirty on the outside but they did a clean of all the windows during my stay. one thing that i really dislike about both mangrove branches is the bedding. the mattress cover often slides off the mattress and for me personally it was kind of uncomfortable. the bathroom had a shower curtain but the floor would all get wet. theres also no mirror or anything on the desk area so theres nowhere to sit comfortably and do your makeup etc, i had to stand in the bathroom and do my makeup.

Convenient and comfy

The room was clean, and the bed was nice and comfortable. And I like the fact that the hotel uses regular size dispensers for soaps in the bathroom instead of wasteful single-use items. The hotel is close to the Shinseoldong subway station, which is conveniently on three subway lines (though the station itself is a confusing maze). Checking in and out was convenient, and the hotel sent a text message with check-in info (nice if you arrive late and the front desk is closed).

My key card did not work on the room door - I had to use the entry code that the hotel sent me via text message. The front desk is on the 20th floor, which is odd, and is not open 24 hours. The hotel seems to mainly caters to younger tourists and solo business travelers. Their no-children rule means it's not good for families with kids, but it's fine for solo or younger adult travelers. The room does not have a TV or landline phone, and is also small (maybe 10-15 square meters), but again, not an issue for the type of guests that this hotel is intended for.

Facilities exceeded my expectations!! I can see myself staying here for long term.

Self-service laundry was free other than purchasing detergent, it was a nice surprise!

Check in room code was incorrect at first, which resulted in some confusion in opening the door.

Simple, clean, comfortable — great place to stay!

Quiet and comfortable. Self check-in (and check-out) was very straightforward and easy to do. Looking on a map, the location of this accommodation looks a little far from city center, however, it is VERY well connected (bus stops and subway are located just steps from the door, as well as stops for airport bus routes). I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!
