Good Hotel for short stay.

Good location, fast check-in and old-fashioned.

Like every other review about this Hotel: it's really old. The building may be from WW2! They can really spruce up the joint. Although, the Hotel was fully booked, so I guess they are popular.

One to avoid

Location was close to center of town - but quite noisy

This is one sad place...seems really on its last leg. Decor and furniture in urgent need of update, bathroom fittings ca.1960s...very stern messages to forbid consumption of food and/or beverages in hotel room. This is 4star? More like a youth hostel where the management does not trust the guests to have manners...breakfast just barely ok. Would NOT recommed...

Disappointing

The location is kinda good; not very close to the station, but close enough to the city center. The check out personnel was kind, and the cleaning staff too.

To start with the idea that I didn't get the room that I booked, with no view!! The hotel is very very outdated furnished! The staff, the one that I met was not very nice and with so much attitude! I don't really think it deserves 4 stars, and the night is quite expensive, and to top that with the no delivery rule which makes no sense. I was expecting more

Enjoyed being so close to town.

Breakfast was very satisfactory. The bath towels were big and fluffy. Bedroom was comfortable, good to have opening windows and air conditioning. Also due to knee problems , the lift was very convenient.

Sealant in shower was mouldy. But the bathroom was clean overall. Would have liked tea and coffee facilities.

Breakfast is ok, also close to the station.

Not clean enough, we couldn't get a taxi from your hotel to go to the airport, which is not a good report about your hotel.

I loved and enjoyed my stay at Albergo Italia.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

The shower was a bit dark as it was tucked away in a corner.

Never come back at this hotel !

Only the location, nothing else .

The hotel is very old , smells bad everywhere. The blankets are stinky, the walls are scratched and dirty, the curtains were with dirty spots. The breakfast very very bad quality and poor This is 1 star hotel not 4 stars!!!

Retro Hotel in the city Centre

+ location is perfect + staff was very kind + great breakfast for the corona restrictions

- it is not exactly huge minus, I kind of liked the “retro” feeling, but some parts of the hotel needs a renovation to change into “nicer retro” and it is my first time I have seen wallpapers on the ceiling of the room 😆 - sometimes you hear noises from other rooms

Centrally located

The location was ideal! The hotel though a bit dated, has beautiful details and nice staff. Breakfast was pleasant and situated in a nice room. Parking was available at the hotel.

Disappointing

Dining room with good food was the only good point in this hotel.

Badly trained staff at reception did not have a clue re NHS covid certificate. Room was badly decorated with the same busy wallpaper on the ceiling as well as the walls. The hotel was tired and needed redecorating.
