Me gusto mucho la ubicación, la limpieza en todo el establecimiento y la atención del personal. La azotea muy buena para tomar el aperitivo y descansar.

Everything it’s it good point.

I like a coffeemaker with capsules in the rooftop, nice view from there for breakfast. A staff was very helpful and nice. Speacially Brain and Natalia from checking. Small room but clean, smell well. Miss a bigger TV in the room. But for 1/3 nights it’s perfect .

Good option for an overnight layover

Good place for one night, close to the airport. Clean room with a shared bathroom

The door was poorly insulated, so you could hear people in the corridor and kitchen. However, the people tried to be quiet, so it was not a big problem.

Will definitely be back again ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The roof top terrace was lovely for breakfast. Although the weather was rather windy. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Everything was nice and super clean. Location is perfect right by bus stop. Will definitely be back again, as it is super value for money.

Although next time can I have a room with a balcony as there is no view from window, so no where to hang wet towels and clothes to dry. This was the only downside to the room. The kitchen was adequate and clean and tidy, the only thing I could not find in kitchen that would of been helpful was a toaster. But had everything else. Coffee maker is on the roof terrace.

Kann man mal machen für den Preis aber nicht sehr komfortabel

Die Lage war spitze und es war größtenteils sauber und es sah hübsch aus. Gemeinschaftsküche und Bad mit kleiner Dusche vorhanden

Die Matratze war voller Flecken, der Topper auch, Ausklappcouch war total unbequem und Müll darunter. Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt während des Aufenthaltes und Küche auch nicht. Spülschwämme total eklig, hab erstmal neue gekauft. Man kann nicht ausschlafen weil ab 8 Uhr gekocht wird, Bad ständig besetzt und allgemein viel Lärm durch andere Gäste

Huone oli erittäin pieni, onneksi olin siellä vain yhden yön.

Vaikka myöhäinen tuloni oli tiedossa oli vaikeuksia päästä sisään. En ensin löytänyt oikeita ovia ja ne olivat lukossa. Koodi jonka sain ei sopinut ulko-oveen. Pääsin lopulta omatoimisesti sisään ja siellä ollut työntekijä ohjasi minut oikeaan paikkaan

It was a pleasant stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the property was always neatly kept

The kitchen could do with some extra pans and equipments but that only applies to guests who might want to cook like myself, for the rest i had a pleasant stay.

Goede locatie, slechte comunicatie!

Het ontbijt was zeer goed. Genoed van alles...

We hadden een rweepersoonskamer geboekt, en kregen een kamer met stapelbed. Daarbij was de kamer klein...als een persoon rechtstond moest de andere gaan zitten op het bed. We hebbeb verschijdene keren gebeld om een ksmer te krijgen met tweepersoonsbed...maar het resultaat

It stank of hash and cigarette smoke all the time

Nothing

The other guests smoking hash snd cigarettes, our food in the shared fridge was stolen. When I complained I was told nothing could be done. The smell of hash and cigarette smoke was constant in our tiny room, and due to the position of the room we had no direct fresh air in the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Great guesthouse apartments

We were excited with the position of property, cleanliness, comfort and very friendly staff being always happy to help. I also like keyless access to the room and automated system of check-ins.

Missing of air conditioning but fan has done its work also well. In shared kitchen was missing stove.

This was my second visit to Riva guesthouse and everything is excellent which I why I chose to stay here again. Very helpful staff and cleanliness of the facilities is exceptional. I’ll be staying here again in the near future… thanks guys!!

Perfect start point to enjoy tenerife, public transport and taxi in front of the accomodation, able to get there in less than 10min from the airport, it's a silent and cosy village with many fish restaurants, bright room and strong wifi connection

As a Guest House, I've to say that is a good accomodation, Cami very professional and friendly at the same time to assist me with the self check in with codes, clean room and amazing rooftop where I had chance to enjoy my breakfast..I recommend it with its good price!!
