Great place shame I couldn't stay last minute event cancelled

It looked fantastic but last minute change of plans as event was cancelled but looking to book again it loos lovely from the photos.

Don’t

The shower pressure was good, check in was easy, bed was comfortable.

Infested with flies, dodgy area and other guests (parties and shouting in the other flats and in the entrance hall, lots of weird comings + goings and lots of staring). Stank of old cigarettes and zero communication from host after I told them this.

All the conforts but the only thing missing was floor cleaning stuff like broom, dust pot or hoover

tiny and noisy

For us the Location was Ok. We had to travel on short notice and there was not much else on offer. The kitchen is new and nice the bathroom is ok but a bit small.

We have been in Apartment 1 just the one with the window to the street. The noise was constant, sleeping on that bed sofa was impossible until 3am when the there was less trafik. We found two lighters and lots of dry food when opening the bed sofa. We reserved for 3 people (extra cost of more than 70€) but we had only 2 Towels. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, no sheets no blankets. It was very cold at night. The next day I bought myself a lovely cosy blanket. When the sofa bed is open, there is no more space to move around in the living room/kitchen. My two teenage sons shared the double bed in the bedroom which luckily was more quiet but not very spacious. One of the blinds in the living room was broken so there was light all night. I spent two awful nights there and will not go back.

Right next to a busy road .. outside needed updating.. very far away from amenities

The apartment needed a good clean.. sofa was filthy and needed updating.. there was paint or markings all Over the bedroom walls!!

Nothing.. would not go back or recommend

Very nice little apartment, enjoyed our short stay, had most of our needs met Owner polite and helpful when I had to get in touch Neighbours next door very friendly and approachable despite the nature of the business next door which isn't always well seen Off street parking with ground floor apartment was ideal for multiple in&outs Close to local shops and park, short driving distance from the city centre & port Very good place to have somewhere to sleep&shower and not waste time indoor

Didn't like is much said but there are some things that could improve the place Light on the ground corridor going on and off all night, even with the curtains pulled the light was annoying In regards to cleaning, I would say it could be done better than surfacing - bathroom was clean Based on the condition of the sofa and chairs, I bet the no pets policy wasn't adhered to It would've been nice to have access to a brush or mop, can't stay 24/7 în your shoes and taking them off meant I changed 4 pairs of socks in less than 2 days We had our own bedding as we always do, nothing wrong with the one provided but didn't had that "clean" smell or touch TV remote wasn't working but as others said, the TV wasnt even set for channels WiFi password wasn't provided but that's okay, we have mobile data No USB sockets - forgot the charger at home and had to charge the phones in the car The toaster was setting off the fuse on the board, didn't used it As others said, the bedroom floor upstairs is squeaky Overall it was a nice stay for the purpose of the visit, definitely not avoiding the place next time We decided to leave in the last night but this had nothing to do with our stay, other factors contributed to this decision I hope the owner will find this review constructive and make the place better

Disappointing

Bed against wall no mirror in bedroom TV not receiving normal channels not suitable for older guest. States no smoking but could smell smoke and there is an ashtray in kitchen? Car parking drive not suitable for a slightly larger car.

Old awful rude cleaner

The availability of the owner or manager and lovely tiny studio.

The experience was awful because of the way we were treated at the check out from the elderly cleaner dressed in a Muslim regalia (I believe similar to a male kaftan). He could not speak English and stayed there all the time checking that we left, we explained to him, we were fleeing domestic abuse but he couldn't care less. He made hand gestures several times with implied meaning of us having to leave although we asked to have a late check-out in advance to the owner in the early morning via a call. I felt extremely dirty and shamed to be honest just for an extra 2 hours, or because I attended a police appointment, medical appointment and a city council appointment. The washer dryer we used to wash our clothes, smelled awfully.

Clean, modern and easy

The property was very clean and modern. The check in and check out process was really easy since you don’t need a key and the door unlocks with a pin you enter on the door handle. Highly recommend.

the apart was clean and had everything ya needed

the late check in and the early check out is not so good and you don’t get any leeway on times ! I was still brushing my teeth at 10.55 and the cleaners let them selves in. I asked for early check in but was told no as there was customers on but I could of booked it for the the day before I explained that but got ignored

Nice apartment

Nice apartment, very comfy bed Clean through great appliances Everything is spot on local shops a couple of doors away on the road.

There is nothing to complain 11 minutes drive from town centre

Clean convenient apartment, would return

Very clean and smart apartment. Good shower and comfortable shower. Off street parking.

Quiet neighbours, but noise travelled easily in the house. Parking is down a sort of track behind the house, a bit scruffy although car was fine.

Was a nice stay other than being walked in on.

I didn’t like that someone unlocked our door and opened it, don’t know if it was the host or not as they didn’t say anything(guessing it was since it was a code on the door to get in) but shouldn’t have someone walking in while it is occupied.

St Denys appartment

Convenient to where I was going.. was able to park. The apartment was modern and had good facilities. Checking in was easy though I had to try several times to key in the long code.

There were a pair of someone's socks on the floor. There were no mirrors that were near a plug socket so I could see to dry and style my hair. You have to climb over the bed to close the curtains Maybe a full length mirror could be put in the hall just above the plugs by the door in the bedroom area

Quite comfortable bed, duvet and pillows. Nice heating when needed. Water in shower was warm

Shower pressure was a bit weak. I booked for 2 guests but was only given one set of towels. Space was a lot smaller than the pictures made it seem.

The apartment was clean and well equipped but incredibly small and claustrophobic.

Entrance via a code was very poor, the instructions were not at all clear and took numerous attempts to gain access. The "apartment" was extremely small, however it was clean and well equipped.

The rear alley to access the parking was in poor condition with rubbish and broken fences blocking the way. The coded lock to enter the property did not work so one had to walk around the street to the front of the building. The main room was approximately 8ftx8ft which included a double bed small wardrobe and small table. The kitchen was approx 6ftx6ft with a shower room off 3ftx6ft which included a small shower cubicle, toilet and the tiniest hand basin I've ever seen and proved pointless.
