Near Royal Palace of Caserta

Modern clean room in a good location to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta. Breakfast was a pastry and coffee at a nearby cafe. Secure parking €10/day.

Had booked an apartment with cooking facilities but ended up in room without.

Ottima esperienza!!!

Esperienza più che positiva. Camera spaziosa e pulita, con tutti comfort, con terrazzino ottimo nelle sere d' estate. Accoglienza e gestione veramente al top. Struttura vicino alla reggia di Caserta e al centro. La struttura ci ha fornito la colazione presso un bar che si trova a pochi metri, con personale gentile e disponibile. La struttura presenta un parcheggio privato a pagamento che è veramente comodo e sicuro.

Top B&B

Schönes großes Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse und Küchenzeile. Alles sehr schick und sauber. Großer Vorteil ist die Lage: wer bereits Tickets für den Palast und die Gärten hat, kann durch einen nicht weit vom B&B entfernten Seiteneingang in den Schloßpark gelangen (gilt leider nicht für den Zugang mit der artecard). Der Haupteingang zum Schloss ist fußläufig ca. 20 min. entfernt. Wir konnten für die Besichtigung unser Gepäck im Auto auf einem abgesicherten Parkplatz direkt am B&B lassen (kostet Stand Juni 2024 zehn €). Dies sollte man bei der Buchung aber vorher abklären. In der Nähe des B&B gibt es einige Bars und Restaurants. Die Vorabkommunikation mit dem Besitzer war gut, freundlich und zuverlässig.

Die insgesamt 4 Zimmer liegen im ersten Stock und mit viel Gepäck muss man etwas schleppen. Der Besitzer hilft aber dabei. Das Frühstück wird in einer benachbarten Bar eingenommen und besteht nur aus einem Croissant und einem Kaffee. Aber man kann sich gegen Aufpreis natürlich mehr bestellen und im Hinblick auf das wirklich gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis fällt das etwas dürftige Frühstück nicht ins Gewicht.

Le sedie e lo sdraio fuori al terrazzo magari da controllare un attimo .Condizionatore rumoroso e posizionato sopra al letto .

L’eleganza e la storicità della struttura, i soffitti alti iil terrazzo fiorito e i particolari di design dorati che richiamavano la Reggia.

Avendo un cane il terrazzo non era ben chiuso ai lati e quindi facile il passaggio in altri terrazzi.

Schöne, neue Unterkunft am Schloßgarten in der Belletage eines ehemaligen, kleinen Stadtpalastes.

In einem ehemaligen kleinen Stadtpalast direkt am Schloßgarten gelegene Belletage, in der die Vermieter die Hälfte Ihrer Wohnung perfekt zur Vermietung aufgeteilt und abgetrennt haben, Schöne, wenn auch nicht große, neu ausgebaute Zimmer mit neuen, schönen Duschbädern, bei uns mit hochwertigen, schönen, smaragdfarbenen Glasmosaiken ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Schön auch die große Terrasse in Mitbenutzung alles im 1. Stockwerk gelegen und perfekt der zugehörige und sehr sichere, abschließbare Parkplatz mit hohen elektrischen Toren. Auch das Hauseingangstor sicher verschlossen und perfekt zu handhaben. Bekommt man alles gezeigt. Frühstück mit Coupon in einem benachbartem Café, das gute Backwaren hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch uns sehr darüber gefreut, daß wir unser Auto vor der Abfahrt noch für die Zeit der Besichtigung des Königspalastes und des Gartens, im abgeschlossenen Hof stehenlassen konnten. Wichtig zu wissen zur Besichtigung des Schloßes: Der in der Straße der Unterkunft etwas entfernte Eingang in den Schloßpark, nur mit vorhandenen Eintrittskarten möglich, oder Schwerbehindertenausweis. Ansonsten muß man zum Haupteingang des Schloßes mit einem kleinen Spaziergang noch etwas mehr vorlaufen. Sehr zu empfehlende, sichere Unterkunft, vielen herzlichen Dank!

Tutto perfetto il palazzo bellissimo e accogliente. Comodissimo in fondo alla reggia e no ztl.Vicino ogni servizo.Letti comodissimi e bagno veramente spazioso.Lo consiglio.Bar per la colazione veramente carino e personale molto gentile.

Unico consiglio metterei una sedia in camera per poggiare i vestiti.

Rara lista di pregi

La combinazione di pregi dell'appartamento è rara. Parcheggio interno adiacente, gazebo con tavolo e sedie in legno, giardino circostante, ottima posizione a pochi passi dal centro, colazione in un buon bar. Inoltre il servizio è impeccabile e i proprietari molto disponibili.

I difetti sono sottigliezze. Mancano alcune caratteristiche di un b&b premium. Magari la TV un po' piccola, un arredamento non proprio esaltante, il bagno buono e pulito ma modesto, il letto di quelli troppo morbidi e un po' corto.

Posizione strategica, struttura eccellente

Uno stabile molto ben ristrutturato, esterni d’epoca, interni moderni. Possibilità di parcheggiare all’interno, a pagamento. La posizione è ottima, bastano 15 minuti a piedi per arrivare all’entrata della Reggia. Voucher colazione presso un eccellente bat a pochi passi dalla struttura.

Quasi nulla, manca l’ascensore ma è ben chiaro dalla descrizione, le scale sono comunque agevoli.

La soluzione perfetta a Caserta

FANTASTICO! Il mini appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro e dalla Reggia di Caserta, è un palazzo antico interamente ristrutturato e con interni moderni, ottimo connubio direi. Ho trovato un tavolo snack e l'angolo cottura,bagno piccolo ma con particolari graziosi e molto organizzato, tutto estremamente pulito.Questo mini appartamento ha un terrazzo fantastico con tavolino e sedie per poter fare colazione o rilassarsi la sera dopo una giornata di lavoro (come nel mio caso).

Sarei rimasta altri giorni ma non ho potuto

La struttura era pulitissima, posizione eccellente. La colazione al bar buonissima e il parcheggio privato per 10€ molto comodo. Sicuramente da tornare nuovamente

Una notte a Caserta..

Stanza pulita e accogliente dotata di tutti i confort, ottima la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalla Reggia. Buona la colazione servita al bar anche se un po' scomoda.

Purtroppo la rete del letto scricchiolava quando ci si muoveva in quanto urtava contro il telaio, sarebbe opportuno mettere dei feltrini per evitare ciò. .

Ottima posizione! Parcheggio comodissimo e tutto “a portata di mano”. Ci sarebbe piaciuta stare di più e interagire maggiormente con la proprietà (ma contiamo di tornare presto).

Good but could perfect with small improvements

It's a beautiful apartment with a little kitchenette and its own backyard. Good location. Some nice little extras like cereal dispenser and water bottle.

No internet! Sheer curtains let in a lot of light in the morning. Breakfast consists of wrapped croissants from the supermarket. Need to meet in person for check-out to return the keys.

Ideal for visiting Casserta Palace.

The property is spacious and comfortable with a lovely private outdoor terrace with lemon trees in the garden, which will be fabulous when it's warmer. We enjoyed our stay but were only the 2nd guests here and there were a few teething issues, nothing major and to be expected. The hosts were happy with our feedback to resolve these points which will make this a great place to stay for a visit to Casserta.

It wasn't nice enough weather to make use of the terrace!
