BYO toilet paper

Location and spacious apartment.

The energy of the place created by host. Not warm in welcoming and greeting us and having to buy our own toilet paper. Stayed at 18 locations over a 9 week holiday and by far the worst experience over the period. To many rules and instructioins, no flexibility whatsoever to accommodate our needs. We stayed on the 1st floor, extremely noisy from above tenants, no soundproofing, was awoken every night by footsteps around 1am. Was instructed not to put suitcases on bed, no other provision made available to unpack cases, guess we were expected to do this on the floor, difficult with a bad back. Host did provide extra washing powder, not convinced it was for the right reason. Was noted to us on arrival we didn't get off to a good start by host as we had asked if it was possible to leave our luggage somewhere on departure, we were told did we read instructions, once again no warmth. Basically zero people skills. We clearly read instructions, there were so many it was difficult to absorb all of them. Prior to booking this accommodation we read many previous reviews, majority that had constructive opportunities for improvements were answered in an abrupt blunt manner, read them for yourselves and make your own mind up I guess. My wife and I have travelled for many years, we have the genius rewards title, stayed at many places and have never experienced this before. We most definitely would not return to any Felix Apartment as a result of our experience, nor recommend it. This is our 4th visit to Malta, by far the worst overall experience. We have family in Malta so have made them aware also of our dissapointmtent. Basically any accomodation in Valletta for location is ideal, you really can't go wrong there. Having to buy our own toilet paper closed the deal for us, we had 2 and a half small rolls supplied for 2 people for a 6 night stay, host lived across the hall from us, not being able to supply one roll when needed I think is very poor form.

Ottimo appartamento. Ampio, pulito e in posizione centrale sia per visitare La Valletta che per raggiungere la stazione bus e spostarsi altrove. Consigliatissimo.

Unica pecca l’assenza di ascensore per un appartamento al 4 piano anche se per noi non è stato un problema perché avevamo piccoli bagagli.

L'emplacement central à La Valette, à quelques minutes à pied des principaux monuments. Le calme. L'accueil très chaleureux et serviable sur place. L'équipement complet.

Il pourrait y avoir un peu plus de vaisselle.

Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Wohnung. Super nette Besitzerin.

Die Lage ist super gut. Unterkunft ist einfach toll. Die Besitzerin super nett und freundlich. Am letzten Tag können wir unsere Gepäck für paar Stunden auch abstellen. Das war sehr nett.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of valletta

Valletta Collection- Felix Apartment is an excellent place to stay when visiting Valletta. Beautiful, modern apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, near top sights. The host does a good job at providing easy to follow instructions to check in and use amenities. Also provided helpful recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants. Very pleased with stay.

Clean, convenient, quiet, right in central Valletta with everything you need for self-catering.

Very quiet, convenient, quite well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and bathroom. A wonderful location right opposite the food hall and supermarket for self-catering. Easy walking distance to everything you want to see, buses to Mdina and Marsaxlokk. Grand Harbour a few steps away. Fast ferry to Gozo just below Victoria Gate. Loads of restaurants and cafes in Merchants street and all around. A great way to enjoy sunny January on Malta. Chou is a helpful landlady.

The apartment has no view because the windows open onto a central light well and the stairs. The compensation is it's quiet. Not a problem.

On the whole good but reservations regarding the kitchen facilities.

The location was superb - right in the middle of Valetta with all the sights within easy walking distance. Very safe neighbourhood and the main supermarket was right next door.

The cooking facilities in the kitchen were somewhat limited. Very few pans or cooking utensils and only a limited amount of crockery/glasses.

Perfecta ubicación y WIFI excelente

La ubicación es perfecta! Frente al mercado, en pleno centro de la ciudad y a un paso de todo. La cocina está muy bien equipada, con lavavajillas, horno, vitrocerámica y los utensilios necesarios para el tamaño del apartamento. Hay lavadora también y la ducha es perfecta, con alcachofa muy grande y de fácil acceso a ras de suelo. También hay aire acondicionado que es bomba de calor. El WIFI es muy rápido, propio del apartamento, no compartido y la velocidad es excelente. El personal fue muy atento, siempre disponibles y contestaban muy rápido. Liliana, la chica de la limpieza, una maravilla!

El colchón podría necesitar un cambio y el tema de los escalones de acceso a los apartamentos.

Great stay

The location of this couldn't get any better as it's right next to restaurants and a supermarket. Yet, at least our room was quiet. Huge apartment that has everything you could need, including one of the best beds I've ever slept in! The staff was also beyond helpful as they sent clear instructions about check-in but also some useful tips on Valletta and around.

Not really anything I could fault.

Sehr großzügige Unterkunft mit viel Platz. Extra Wohnzimmer/Küche. Tageslichtbad. Klimaanlage, die funktioniert.

Leider nur dünne Laken als Bettdecke, klassische Bettdecken wären besser bzw die Option dies wählen zu können.

Great base for visiting Malta

Great location, newly fitted out and very well equipped.

4 floors up and no lift, but the stairs were well ventilated so we took it easy. A balcony would have been nice but not a great view.

Perfect for business or pleasure.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Valletta. Taxis can drop off within 25m. Some lovely touches like sachets of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, olive oil as well as salt and pepper were most welcome, as was the bottle of wine and bottles of water. There is everything you need for a short or long stay including dishwasher (with tablets), washing machine (with detergent and conditioner). Lovely big TV for unwinding (with access to all the usual streaming services), large fridge, comfy bed, plenty of towels, and loads of wardrobe space. Most of the apartment has been finished to a high standard. The cleaner (whom we met) was delightful and extremely helpful. We loved the folded towel designs (lotus). There are many restaurants, bars, cafes and a good food court within a few metres of the front door. There is a decent supermarket, though a little expensive compared to regular Maltese prices, under the food court.

There is no lift but not a problem if you are fit! Certainly unsuitable for mobility impaired guests.

Really nice appartement

Very spacious apartment with all facilities for the kitchen. Some napkins would have been useful though. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and wine. Nice touch with this last one! 🙂 The building is situated right in the heart of Valletta where all restaurants are, still there were no noise inside.

Being situated at 3rd floor and since it's an old building (like the historical ones in the whole city) is pretty difficult to take all that high stairs. A rather minor issue was that we only had 2 toilet paper rolls for 3 persons for 4 days and our request for supplement that had no answer so we had to manage on our own.

Surpassed expectations, great host, apartment and location.

Location was unbeatable, just off Merchants Street. Within 30 metres of supermarket and 40 metres of one of the main streets in Valletta for restaurants, cafes and bars. Bus terminal accessible within ten minutes.

Erholsamer Kurztrip im wunderschönen Valletta

Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und neuwertig. Auf dem Bett konnte man hervorragend schlafen. Alle notwendigen Küchenutensilien für einen 4-Tage Aufenthalt waren vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine.

Mir hat alles gefallen und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nice and comfy.

The house is very nice, comfy and clean. We didn't meet our hosts but we received all the informations we needed to enter in the apartament and to live in it. The house is near the city center and from there you can go wherever you want.

We couldn't make the air conditioning work at the top.

Perfect location in the old town - close to all sightseeing, restaurants, bars; nice and friendly host; apartment was renovated and clean, welcoming wine and water in the fridge

Booked room was not available due to the broken air condition system so we were suggested another one smaller. The apartment was good and new, but additional place for sleep (sofa) was not comfortable at all (as a result unfortunately two sleepless nights). Would be good to have a topper mattress. Also a shelf in the bathroom is missing - you have no place to put your belongings or at least toothbrush.

Superb

Throughout our entire stay, we had a pleasant experience with the apartment. It offered ample space and comfort, along with a wide range of kitchen amenities. The apartment had nearly everything we needed, and it was adequately clean. Moreover, its central location in Valetta was a definite advantage, and the presence of a nearby supermarket made it extremely convenient.

Two aspects that could be improved are the Wi-Fi, as it was quite weak. Nonetheless, since we were in Europe, we could rely on our mobile data plans. Additionally, there was a sporadic strange smell coming from the bathroom, but fortunately, it didn't have a significant impact on our overall stay.

A comfortable, well situated apartment, that is an excellent basis for both work and leisure.

Spacious and clean apartment, conveniently situated, and comfortable bed and pillows. There is an excellent ,ad well supplied, Expresso machine, and the complimentary bottle of wine was much appreciated.

I wasn't sure that I had successfully locked the apartment door from the inside.
