From the minute you walk in, you realize this hidden gem is all about location, coziness, & functionality. Ample space aside, the living area provides plenty of lounge seating for small families. Sprawl out on the sofa or kick back in the cushy, overstuffed chairs to enjoy your favorite movies streams on the sizeable LED TV. The comfortable Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) awaits your beauty rest. Plenty of closet and drawer space available for short term or longer term stays. Down the hall is the 2nd guest bedroom w/Queen Bed. A slightly similar layout/style, ensuring condo comfort living by the beach. Exit the Guest Room to another full bathroom with Combo shower/tub.

But let's not forget the best part about the unit. The charming balcony offers tranquil ocean views of fabulous, lush Del Mar.
