About this bed and breakfast

BEAUTIFUL lakefront apartment located on the lower level of Hot Springs Village townhome. This apartment is self-contained, private & offers an amazing atmosphere just 30 feet from the lake! Relax on the patio with coffee or drinks, feed the geese, go fishing or just enjoy the beauty of the lake! A lighted walkway leads down and around to the apartment entrance and the walkway is on a hill. If you have mobility issues please take this into consideration. Your safety and comfort is of utmost importance to me! A beautiful neighborhood park is right across the street. Featuring a custom totem pole that was hand carved on site by an amazing artist. A quaint wishing well and gorgeous landscaping. make it a lovely place to sit, watch the ducks and geese and just enjoy the beautiful view.
Downtown Hot Springs art galleries, shops & Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort are just a short distance away!
Please note that, as the owner, I occupy the upper level of the townhome but am out of town often. If here, I respect guests privacy at ALL times!

Lake front view. Snacks , quietness. It was Clean comfort and couple atmosphere. It was a good for my husband and I. First experience in this type of setting. We usually stay in hotels. It was Awesome.Beautiful colors in bathroom Purple. meaning Royal.

Great townhose on the lake. My girlfriend Loved the Spa and Bath. Homeplate has a great breakfast and the Ohio Club in Hot Springs is the BEST. Ask for Donna and Dave.

I loved this place. Debbie is sweet. The apartment was very comfortable. The best sleep I had gotten in a while. Our dog play with the neighbor dogs in the lake. We were able to go on long walks on the trails that go through Hot Spring Village and everyone we passed was very kind. We were very happy here.

This is like a hotel room. The was suppise to be a grill and there wasnt that was real inconvenient because we brought stuff to grill so as not eat out because there was no where goid to eat. Dont take more than 1 or 2 people because the sofa bed was horrible even after we put it straight on floor. The tub does not drain very good nor does the sink. I pulled a wad of hair from the drain but it didnt help. And all the light colors i worried about it getting dirty from our digs.

I wanted a Safe, Comfortable and Clean Home Base to have some fun in the area. Debbie took the guess work out of everything and made me feel like family staying. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

My husband, our two dogs and I came to visit Hot Springs NP and visit the Ron Coleman Crystal Mine for my husband’s birthday. When we arrived, we were happily surprised to learn that our rental was located within Hot Springs Village, the largest gated community in the US! We are always cautious of where we choose to stay during our trips in this day and age. The village is beautiful, peaceful, and has a high sense of safety and security. Everyone we encountered was so kind! This rental has a beautiful view of one of the lakes so we enjoyed watching geese fly in during the evenings and fish jumping with our morning coffee. Our dogs especially loved the network of walking trails the village has to offer. Fall foliage was in full effect and gave us incredible views throughout our stay. We brought our camp stove and cooked breakfast each morning on the back porch to soak up every minute we could with that beautiful view. The space is cute and cozy. It’s a perfect little hideaway for a couple looking to get away. Debbie is a fantastic host and had everything set up for us from local travel information to toiletries to a plethora of sweet treats/snacks on the table. My husband very much appreciated the treats! To say we were comfortable would be an understatement, the vibe is welcoming with a hint of being home at your favorite grandma’s house— a feeling we so dearly miss being a military famiIy. If we ever find ourselves in Arkansas again, we hope to stay here with Debbie again!!

Spent 1 week. Property was as described. Beautiful mornings looking out over the lake at the changing colors. Convenience to the golf courses was our reason for staying. The small fridge & microwave was all we needed as meals was supplied by golf tournament sponsors each night. Will stay again if invited back by sponsors.

If I was a personal guest it would have been ok. But as a paying guest it was woefully lacking. There is too long of a list of issues to mention but the place is seriously lacking maintenance and is in need of a deep thorough cleaning. While the hostess is very nice and she responded to our request I believe it is beyond her ability to maintain the place expected for paying guest. I hope she will employ a professional cleaner to clean the place thoroughly.

My grandson Nash liked fishing in the lake. He caught some sun fish and bass. I enjoyed sitting at the little park by the lake reading a book. The owner was nice and answered any questions we had. We had a good breakfast on our last day that she made for us.

We had such a beautifull stay. We really enjoyed being about to kick back and relax and look at the beautiful water. She was auch a sweet host and was just one message away any time we needed her.

Debbie was very nice and informative during the whole trip. Stayed in contact anytime there was a question. we had. The house was exactly as described and In a beautiful neighborhood. The Lake was amazing right outside the French doors and patio. Very quiet area and safe.. Perfect for a couples getaway or small family. Debbie is amazing and made us feel welcomed and at home. If we are ever in area again we would definitely stay here again.😊
