Great small place for a single visitor to rent within walking distance to the downtown area. I would have given it five stars if it weren't for two things. 1. This place has the smallest hot water heater that can be bought. Be prepared to take very quick showers or you'll lose the hot water. The apartment will easily accommodate two people but you'll have to rotate a.m. and p.m. showers. 2: There was a minor infestation of ants. The place was very clean but the ants hung out by the kitchen sink and the shower. Despite that, I would definitely rent here again if I was in the Fort Payne area. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything needed for a couple days of stay.
