About this apartment rental
Mountain Villas 4-1 has two steps leading in, is multi-level, offers internet access, and is pet friendly. This deluxe-rated unit sleeps eleven. Seven steps down from the main living area, you'll find the living room featuring a flat-screen TV (please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use).
The main level includes a fully functional kitchen, a dining table that seats eight, a small room with a day bed, and a powder room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, along with two full baths. The loft area features two sets of bunk beds and an additional powder room.
This unit is just a short complimentary shuttle ride to the slopes and main resort and is within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course. The deck offers a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort’s beautiful wooded landscape. Gas grill use is prohibited.
Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community.
Mountain Villas is located within a short driving distance from the main entrance to Seven Springs Mountain Resort and is located within walking distance to Highlands Golf Course. The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer. Mountain Villas are not Ski In/Ski Out.
All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included). Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue.
During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT’S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).

This winter, ski & ride the expertly groomed slopes and top-rated terrain parks by day or join us under a blanket of stars with a refreshing night skiing adventure (see hours of operation). After a day on the slopes, take a swing at the mini golf course, try your hand at axe throwing at the Foggy Goggle Axe House, or unwind with a swim at our indoor pool. During the summer months, there are endless ways to explore the mountain. Zip through treetops, mine for sparkling gems, hike and bike miles of trails, or climb to new heights on our rock wall. For those looking for a restful escape year-round, relax and unwind with our services and treatments at the Trillium Spa. The accommodations offer customary quality and physical attributes and amenities. They feature various amenities, comfort and updated décor.
STANDARD
The accommodations are comfortable, clean and pleasant with modest enhancements minus the frills. This is the perfect match for the more economically minded guest.
Remote check-in is an option. Please call our hotel front desk to provide a credit card for incidentals & sign your paperwork no less than 24 hours prior to your arrival to avoid checking in at the hotel front desk. More instructions will be sent in your pre-arrival information.
