Located in the peaceful countryside of Rognes, this luxury villa and its outbuilding can accommodate a total of 11 people. It is perfect for holidays with family or friends. It offers large, bright and comfortable living spaces with a modern and high-tech ambiance. It is equipped with all amenities for a successful holiday. Close to Aix-en-Provence and near the Luberon the villa is ideal for discovering the picturesque villages of Pagnol, and less than an hour from the beaches of Carry le Rouet and Sausset les Pins. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while exploring Provence.

The modern and high-tech ambience of the villa will ensure a memorable stay.
The spacious equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals with family or friends.
The dining area with its large table can accommodate up to 12 guests for convivial moments.
The living room with its 75 inch TV, the Home cinema, its gaming console and its electric relax sofas, will allow you to relax after busy days.

On the ground floor, you can also enjoy:
- A master suite with a comfortable king size bed (180x200), a large dressing room and a large private shower room for more privacy.
- An adorable children’s room with its cabin bed and all the furniture you need to make sure your child is comfortable during your holiday.
- There is also a bathroom and a bathtub to relax after your days of walking, and there is also a washing machine and dryer.
- And an independent bathroom for more convenience.

On the first floor you will discover:
- A double room with a Qeen bed (160x200) and a private shower room.
- A second bedroom with double bed (140x200) and private shower room.
- And also a second independent bathroom always for more amenities.

The 50m² outbuilding includes a living area with a sofa bed and a desk, as well as a dining area and an equipped kitchen in the main room. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and a dresser. This room is adjoining the shower room with toilet.

For workers on holiday, the office with its large computer screen, shower room and bathroom, awaits you in front of the pool away from the hustle and bustle of the house.

The heated pool, accessible from April to October, will allow you to cool down and enjoy the warm summer days peacefully.

A special space for children with its garden shed and slide.

Linen, towels and bath linen are provided. Beds are prepared just before your arrival. You will find cosmetic items in the bathrooms and some cold drinks in the fridge.
