Nestled on Wrightsville Beach’s Harbor Island, this waterfront home combines breathtaking Banks Channel views with an updated sense of coastal refinement to create heaven on earth. This luxurious (and pet-friendly!) home offers 5 appointed guest bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms that offer an upscale sophistication within a relaxed soundside serenity. A private boat dock provides deep water access and a mini beach where guests can enjoy playing in the water, soaking up the sun, fishing, or paddleboarding. Blissful outdoor spaces await guests with expansive elevated decks accompanied by luxurious outdoor furniture and a gas tabletop fire pit. After a long day on the water, relax by soaking in the private hot tub. Bring your four-legged family member and let them run and play in the fenced-in backyard. Walk to the public beach access down the street or to one of Wrightsville’s many wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, or park. There is a Traeger Grill, paddleboard and bikes available for the guests' use.

Inside, this marvelously updated home has an open-floor plan living area with hardwood flooring throughout and windows spanning the space that allow you to soak in the coastal scenery from any vantage point. Guests will enter through the ground floor where there are two doors leading to each garage, and an elevator that accesses all four floors. Proceed up the stairs to the first floor where you’ll find a beautifully updated gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, Viking and Sub zero appliances, double ovens and a wet bar with a wine cooler and ice maker perfect for entertaining. Seating for six is found at the bar as well as an additional eight at the dining table. The living room is detailed by coastal chic décor, comfortable seating and custom built-ins surrounding a flat-screen TV. Step onto the porch and soak in sprawling views of the channel. Located on this floor is the first bedroom which has a king sized bed, deck access to the front of the house and an ensuite bathroom.

On the second floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is the soundfront master suite with a king sized bed, flat-screen TV, deck access, and a well-appointed ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, double vanities and walk-in shower. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. A full sized washer and dryer is found in the laundry room hall closet.

On the third floor, you’ll find an open concept bonus area great for the kids to spread out. This loft area features a foosball table, games, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable couch seating. This space also features a full bathroom, and a wet bar with sink, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Around the corner from the TV is a sleeping nook with a built-in twin over queen sized bunk bed and an additional twin bed. There is plenty of cabinet storage located beside the bunk. This open and spacious entertainment area offers the ideal space for kids to sleep and hangout. A top level deck is accessible for guests to sunbathe or enjoy a birds eye’s sunset over Banks Channel.

There are two full length garages on either side of the house which provide plenty of parking, an extra fridge, paddleboards, bikes, and additional storage. For entertainment, high speed internet is provided. There are flat screen TVs provided in the master bedroom, living room, office, and third floor bonus room. Guests may log in to their streaming accounts on the Smart TVs.

Linens are provided with your stay and will be delivered and placed at the foot of each bed prior to your arrival, please note that beds will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfectly appointed with all the conveniences of home! The decor is luxury, the furniture so comfortable, and kitchen fully stocked. The outdoor dock and little beach are amazing. And the location is perfect. We didn't even go to the beach much because we could hang there and park our boat. We will definitely be back.

I loved the layout of this house for a large group. We hosted the groomsmen for our son's wedding and loved having the dock, hot tub, deck space, and more! The house is furnished beautifully. We were walking distance from all the fun in Wrightsville Beach. The only note would be that we did not have enough linens/towels to use initially for a party of ten.

We had a great stay at this house. The highlights include the location, private dock, covered porches, and space available overall. Unfortunately, we were not notified the elevator was out of service. At 8 months pregnant I was relying on that with all the stairs. There were a few other minor inconveniences such as the ice machine not working and our fire alarm in the master bedroom being detached. The master bathroom shower was gorgeous, but did not drain well at all and there was a ton of standing water. We also had issues with the doors locking properly. The wind blew open several doors, including the master bedroom and patio door in the middle of the night. Overall, it’s a beautiful house and we had a great stay. There were just a few things we’d wish we had updates on before arriving. We would stay here again though without a doubt.

The bedrooms are comfy and the bathrooms, especially the master bath and bedroom are perfect. The outdoor areas and hot tub are amazing and easily accessible. Great pier attached to the property and perfect location. Walk over to Wrightsville Beach because you are right at the bridge so you don’t have to move your vehicle. Just a perfect hideaway. Highly recommend this property. The property management is great to deal with, answered any questions or concerns promptly.
