Our group is unhappy to living in this old house that it is not ready for list.

The house is old, the location is good.

The company that it control the property let me hold my credit card to take a photo in front door of the house, and then send the picture to them, it take long time to check. There are so many mosquito in the yard, I get many mosquito bits when I wait outside front door, from We arrive to get door password, spend over 30 minutes . They do not treat us a guests.

Nice property, poor management

Nice property, spacious, close to the lake. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed. Food a mile away.

Where do I begin? The checkin process is restrictive with intrusive verifications. probably they had bad experiences. One had to submit IDs, credit card, security deposit, photo of me with my ID holding it. This is more appropriate for property rental, but not for tourists. The management (Globalstay Team) or the owner left some parts of the house with the burger alarm on which went off when I tried to use a balcony door. For about 15 minutes of hellish noise went on while the agency gave me three incorrect codes to disarm the alarm system. After 15 minutes of they turned it off centrally When not sounding a deafening noise, the alarm continuously and annoyingly chirped. The management could not provide a code to stop it. Among the unusual restrictions posted in the house is for guests to bring their own bedspread sheets and towel, a first in my 50 years of travel. This must have been a left over policy from Covid time? There were no proper towels in the bathroom. What was provided was small and thin proper for a kitchen. The entire apartment could use a thorough cleaning. Cob webs were prevalent in less frequent areas. Management was unresponsive. And when they finally responded the staff was clueless about simple matters like how to lock the front door every time when you leave! It took me, three hours, two emails and three phone calls to get a reply. This was supposed to be a nice stay based on a slick video the property published on Vimeo. Instead it turned out to be decent place but with poor management. The property is nice, but neither the owner nor this management company should be in the tourism business.
