Lo único inconveniente fue la cafetera que no funcionaba bien y vasaba mucha agua por abajo y al fin y al cabo no la cambiaron.

Boa localização. Espaço organizado e confortável. Garagem ok. Cama macia, espaço limpo, área da piscina ok. Entramos com facilidade, chegamos mais de 22h.

Ralos entupidos. funcionário da recepção não ajudou em nada o check in, que não funcionou por formulário eletrônico. Ligamos e ficamos mais de 20 min na linha sem atendimento. Pelo WhatsApp a demora foi enorme

Boa localização.
Quando cheguei, não havia toalha de chão no banheiro e nem toalha de rosto. Pedi incessantemente no chat e não consegui. Por ser pequeno o quarto, acaba sujando tudo devido a água do box.

A localização era favorável para o que eu iria fazer na cidade. O quarto é amplo, o chuveiro é bom. A cama é ok.
O quarto tem banheiro legal, mas não tem sequer um sabonete para uso. Tivemos que comprar numa farmácia próximo. Foi a primeira vez que fui num hotel que não fornece um sabonete. Só consegui entrar no prédio porque outros hóspedes que estavam dentro abriram, porque ninguém atendia o interfone. Saí e voltei de madrugada e quase não conseguia entrar porque ninguém atendia o interfone novamente. Tem cozinha mas é impossível fazer qualquer comida já que não tem sequer um saché de sal ou açúcar. Acho que foi caro pelo pouco que oferece.

A localização é um ponto positivo.
Ambiente com um clima “super pesado”. Praticamente utilizado por casais ou jovens, você não vê uma família, uma criança ou idoso, enfim, não há usuários que remetam a uma clima mais sereno. Há uma série de letreiros luminosos, que brilham sem cessar, um deles está escrito EITA!… Sabe um lugar estranho com gente esquisita? Durante a madrugada e noite o movimento de entrada e saída de jovens, em boa parte retornando entorpecidos, é bem intenso, não é um ambiente bacana. Meu apartamento estava sujo, cheio de fios de cabelos e pelos pelo chão, e não vi mais coisa pois não procurei, não tive coragem de olhar embaixo da cama. O banheiro estava com várias moscas na área do boxe, sim, moscas… como se ali nunca tivesse sido aspergido por água sanitária. Se você é jovem e não tá nem aí com nada, e vai está boa parte do tempo bêbado ou de ressaca, pode ir de boa. Se não for, considere a possibilidade de outra acomodação.

Quarto sujo! Não tinha toalha, portaria mal educada, suporte lento. Paguei caro para ficar poucas horas no lugar. Tudo que eu queria era um quarto limpo, uma toalha para tomar banho e descansar depois de um dia cansativo de trabalho, resultado: Sem Toalhas, Quarto Sujo. Detalhe: Lençol com Cabelos!

Infelizmente o Wi-Fi do quarto não funcionou nenhum minuto desde a hora que cheguei, mesmo reiniciando o roteador diversas vezes!
Algumas luzes do quarto e banheiro estavam queimadas.

A aparência pelo site parece legal. Mas o ralo do banheiro não funciona, a cama é pequena e dura e a piscina não parece ter muita limpeza. Tinha uma barata dentro. Fica perto de uma praça que tem muitos moradores de rua. O pessoal da recepção não resolve nada, é preciso falar tudo pelo wpp. Qnd cheguei tivemos que esperar até as 21 h pra pegar toalha.

O espaço físico do quarto é simplesmente EXCELENTE! Acomoda muito bem 2 pessoas com folga. Tudo estava limpo (pode parecer o básico), mas em muitos lugares isso não acontece e pra mim conta muito. Funcionários simpáticos! Instalações em bom estado de conservação.
As toalhas estavam mais surradas, finas. Acho que poderiam disponibilizar toalhas mais novas. Com 2 dias eu tive que trocar, se ficasse mais dias teria que usar o serviço de lavanderia! Poderiam também disponibilizar toalha de rosto.
Outra sugestão, poderiam deixar no armário: travesseiro extra e cobertor.

A acomodação tem recepção 24 horas e flexibilidade de horário pro check-in e checkout, o que foi essencial pra mim que cheguei após as 23 horas e senti mais segurança . Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos, tirando todas as dúvidas e dando sugestões. O hotel vende alguns produtos/bebidas para consumo no térreo e na cobertura com preço justo. Tem uma excelente localização, sendo próximo ao Centro de Convenções de Pernambuco, Shopping Rio Mar e Recife Antigo. Além disso, o rooftop do hotel tem uma vista incrível e as demais instalações (piscina, academia e área gourmet) são excelentes.
Só a título de sugestão, gostaria de propor ter guardanapos nos quartos, o que facilita em casa de uso de algum utensílio disponível, lavar e higienizar adequadamente após.

Acústica do local horrível, dava pra escutar os barulhos do corredor, limpeza bem fraca, a varanda inclusive tava toda suja, ao andar pelo quarto o pé ficava sujo. O Wi-Fi que forneceram não funcionava, depois de quase 2 dias, me passaram a senha de um outro quarto, o ar-condicionado estava quebrado e também levaram 2 dias para consertar, o condomínio é bem diferente das fotos, a localização é até razoável por ser próximo da Agamenon Magalhães, de resto, não recomendo. Caro e ruim!

It was clean check in check out are seamless.
The size of the apartment was not "apartment" sizes, it was just an average hotel room. The images sell you something bigger than a hotel room but specifically the room 801b (ordered as studio deluxe) is the size of any other hotel. You are better off in a hotel with breakfast for the price if you arent getting any bigger.

A tomada da sanduicheira não entrava no interruptor , era totalmente diferente a entrada. E a Internet do flat não fuicionava, estava sem sinal.

Já havia me hospedado antes em outro apartamento e a experiência foi muito boa em ambas as vezes.
Apenas pedimos detergente e panos para limpeza e não foi cedido, fora isso ocorreu tudo bem.

Cheguei na acomodação por volta de 21:00hs cansado de uma viagem e na hora de ir para o banho, na tinha sabonete e nem shampoo.Liguei na recepção e pediram para entrar em contato pelo zap, pois a portaria não tem nada a ver com o atendimento aos hóspedes.

Por incrível que pareça simplesmente informaram que o fornecedor não entregou os sabonetes.
Na segunda noite também não resolveram isso.
Então quando forem se hospedar lá levem sabonete.

O quarto não tinha bom cheiro, a cama não estava bem arrumada. Deu a impressão que alguém tinha acabado de sair do quarto. O banheiro sequer tinha um sabonete para lavar as mãos.

The walls were not pretty good, the steps of the stairs were rough, the sofa-bed pillows had some spots, there wasn't a kitchen towel, the chairs and the toilet of the main bathroom were a little loose.

a cozinha é apenas um quebra galho. poderia possuir um fogão melhor. também senti falta de um secador de cabelo. talvez os itens acima não façam diferença para outros hóspedes...
OBS: o ralo do banheiro estava entupido. Alagava o box se a vazão do chuveiro estivesse elevada. comentei com a recepção e eles iriam avaliar o que poderia ser feito para os próximos casos.

Era tudo novo e tinha tudo o que precisei
A cama rangia um pouco, a acústica não é boa pois dava para ouvir os hóspedes do quarto ao lado.

Localização, recepcionista agradável e o quarto em si tem um bom tamanho.
Falta de organização para o checkin, a recepção informava que era com o anfitrião no wpp e que o horário informado estava errado, embora havia a possibilidade e foi solicitado a antecipação e recebi a informação pelo wapp que seria as 14h o que não aconteceu, só ocorrendo as 17:50, com muita dificuldade e o quarto sem toalhas. Sendo entregue posteriormente, quase as 19h e sem tapete para o banheiro e sem toalha de rosto.
O piso não estava bem limpo, parecendo engordurado, além de um vazamento na pia da torneira de água potável que não foi resolvido e ao utilizar um prato vi que o mesmo estava molhado. Elevadores lentos e em pouca quantidade e em alguns momentos com o piso encharcado pelo pessoal que saia da piscina.
O checkout as 12h e as 10;30, já estavam batendo na porta perguntando o horário da saída.

Precisa melhorar a qualidade da cama e travesseiros, aumentar o tamanho do cobertor e incluir um pano de chão para o banheiro!
