Zklamání je slabé slovo.

Vybavení je tak špatné, že už ani neberou zálohu 200€ co uvádějí v podmínkách. Z našich pobytů v Itálii jednoznače nejhorší ubytování i lokalita. Online check-in nepoužívají i když vás k tomu předem nutí. Při přijezdu vyplňujete vše znovu na kus papíru. Na check-out se ani neobtěžují dorazit, až po zavolaní na telefonní číslo co mají na dveřích recepce se dozvíte, že máte nechat kliče ve dveřích a můžete odjet!

Excellent location: a nice beach (with dedicated umbrellas and sunbeds), good grocery store nearby and a short drive to a highway to Florence and the rest of Tuscany. Air condition and the fridge worked well — what more do you need :-)

Very basic kitchen. Several small defects, like shower doors not closing well. The internet was weak. We were prepared for all this, as we travel a lot, but some people may be put off.

Basic hotel close to the sea

It's close to the beach with some good restaurants nearby, with a supermarket in a walking distance. The rooms are equipped with kitchenware, our rooms had access to the inner garden. We were running late and the stuff on the reception agreed to wait for us. We weren't disturbed at all during our stay. It's good that each hotel room has assigned umbrella and beds on the beach, though it's just 2 beds for a room of 4 people.

We had checked the reviews in advance therefore we didn't have our expectations high. The hotel seems to lack a bit of basic care: no extra toilet paper, no sponge, the sink was clogged in the bathroom. I went to the reception a few times and met only with cleaning personnel, who didn't speak English.
