Top Unterkunft

Das Zimmer war top, sehr sauber, funktionelle Ausstattung, modern und schlicht, sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage sehr zentral in Hannover. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, liebevoll und selbst zubereitete Speisen,, geschmacklich top! Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Lage ist gut, zentral und fußläufig zur Innenstadt

Die Einfahrt zum Parkhaus war etwas schwierig zu finden, sollte besser beschildert sein. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG, wo man die U-Bahn gehört hat, ist vlt. in den anderen Etagen nicht.

Memnuniyet

Konumu çok merkeziydi, ana tren istasyonuna yakındı. Odalar temiz ve sıcaktı. Güvenliydi. Kahvaltı da iyiydi. Check-in yaparken hiç zorlanmadık, bilgilendirme ve yönlendirme harikaydı.

Kahvaltı daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Odalar da biraz daha büyük olabilir, en azından bizim kaldığımız oda valizlerimizle birlikte biraz bize küçük geldi..

Good and safe hotel

Very nice budget hotel, in good location and secure car park. Quiet area, nice restaurants around, not far from centre of the city. Friendly staff, good breakfast, feel like home.

I will always stay in this hotel when coming to Hannover:).

The hotel offers small rooms but has an excellent location and absolutely friendly and efficient workers. Everything was perfect for me even if a small room cannot offer much comfort. But the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and I could get green tea at 70 degree:) even.

A great hotel to stay in Hannover

A good location (3 min walk from the main street). Parking in the courtyard and underground (you get assigned a parking spot) Hotel toilets on the stairwell Fire-resistant doors A quiet room with a large shower, toilet. Very helpful receptionist Very good breakfast

very expesive for the stay

located near the city center. the hotel has a covered parking. the room are spacious. breakfast is good and staff is helpfull

not clean. bed is too soft ( maybe personal). the water tap was dripping. you receive half a portion of coffee to make a cup

The rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were helpful. Location was good too, close to tram stops and the central station. Good value for money too

A sensible option

Position useful both for a walk to the medieval city centre and to the Royal Garden. The room I got is quite big, clean and warm. A satisfying breakfast gives the right start to the day A reasonable ratio quality/price

I'm sorry to say that the various messages sent in German to my mail to check in and out were a bit frustrating. Luckily both the receptionists spoke English, they were helpful and supportive.

Excellent

Cosy, boutique style hotel. Surprisingly quiet and private even though 5 minutes from centre. Nice, functional yet comfortable rooms, comfy bed. Staff super kind and accommodating, the day I checked out I had to take an online meeting and they let me use the breakfast room, for 3 hours. They saved me a lot of stress and the hassle of searching for a quiet place to work. Recommend this hotel for any kind of stay.

problems happened everyday without on site staff help.

good location, near to the bus and tram station. walking distance to the old tow

no elevator. Wi-Fi was not working during our first day. no cleaning service during our 3-day-stay. luggage storage only to 3pm, after that, help yourself.

Great stay

Clean room, big bathroom, all facilities, great location.

Although it's forbidden to smoke in the room, there were smell of cigarette smoke from the street, most probably because all the guests smoke on the terrace

A nice hotel for an one-night stay

The bed was comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and the room had windows you could slightly open. Other than the dust, it was clean.

The room was filled with dust, we had to keep the windows open, it was very small and it felt a bit unsafe (however, the pincode system was nice). The television had Netflix but no connection so we couldn't log in if we wanted to. Also, the room had no ketel.

OK once accessed!

The hotel was fine.

Getting into it - no staff and my in-laws (who I booked this for) are Ukrainian... no English, No german. This was flagged up by me in advance but not taken into account

WOW; And amazing accommodation provider

The atmosphere was delightful, the beds were amazing and the service was just out of this world. The staff are amazing and overall this is one of the best accommodation providers I have encountered for a long time! It is easy to communicate with the staff and the shower is so amazing that I can’t think of another hotel with a better shower!

We are checking in process is a little bit cumbersome but that’s the only thing I can think of that wasn’t ideal.
