Absolutely horrible, we took one look at the room and left! This hotel shouldn’t be on your site it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever seen!

I ended up reserving here at the last minute for family weekend at RIT because my other plans got cancelled on me the day of. This was literally the only place available. As I was standing in line at the desk I heard the manager tell the staff to cancel all outstanding reservations because of an overbooking issue, so I was very relieved to get a room, knowing there was NOTHING else available. When I got to my room I got the call that my reservation was cancelled, but I already had my room, so I was good. The room was... Not clean. It smelled off, the carpet was sticky, and suspicious stains everywhere. There was one cup, one of those tiny bars of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, and nothing else. The TV was tiny, the remote didn't work, and the heat emitted a terrible smell when I turned it on. The door didn't open without me smashing it open with my shoulder, and the water in the shower wouldn't fully turn off. All that said, the beds were VERY comfortable, and because the fan on the HVAC was so loud it drowned out the constant sounds of kids screaming and dogs barking, my kid and I slept incredibly well. At the end of the day (har har) a good night's sleep is the most important part of motel stay.

Asked for a reasonably quiet room (not facing a highway, for example) and ended up in a room next to the pet friendly wing across from three dogs. Barking at 3:30a and 5a, respectively. After asking the front desk to relocate never heard back and after following up was told that nothing can be done and that hotel staff would talk to the dogs’ owner since they had multiple guests complain about the same before. Stayed two nights, overall 1.5-2 starts experience.

Have to say first that the staff was really kind. The bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and temp were great. The place needs a remodel. The smell of MJ was pungent and consistent. The door lockkey mechanism was coming away from the door panel. The A/C worked, but needs updated. Only solid hand soaps were provided. Priced low, but man... smh

Nasty disgusting place; hotels.com told me 330p checkout only to be kicked out just now at noon for missing 11am checkout. ZERO internet as advertised; this place is a disgusting joke and will never stay here or any other. The windows DON’T LOCK! These three pics are just the surface - can’t upload them all.

Friday night, the smoke detector would not stop beeping. (the tv was also damaged, and the promised amenities were not present, namely the mini fridge) so we had to change rooms.... we changed rooms, showered, and slept. Saturday, we had to get new key cards (no biggie really, just another issue of many). Saturday night the shower's hot water no longer worked. at all. I waitied 20-40 m and kept trying but nothing. I didn't want to move again, we were exhausted (work trip). I contacted hotels.com and they basically said they could only do a $30 credit. disappointing to say the least. would NEVER stay here again. Front desk girl was absolutely wonderful, but everything else was horrendous.

Kids screaming and playing with a vacuum cleaner after 9:30 and the noise didn't stop until after 2 pm. Rooms were dirty and the door lock didn't secure the door. Very unsafe

You get what u pay for. But we save a lot of money and got a clean room with clean sheets and plenty of hot water and a free ride to the airport. Felt safe. Staff was friendly. A very family and working class hotel, were people work hard and want a clean, reasonable place to lay their head. Everything we needed was there. If u need better than go elsewhere and pay more.

The bed sheets were nice and white. Most of the people at the desk were friendly. I would not come back again. The room was dirty, sticky spot on top of desk, trash on bathroom floor, hair in sink. The TV and WIFI did not work. There were no trash cans anywhere, no shampoo or Kleenex.

After getting checked in we went to go to our room. The card reader on the door to the building was broken so we needed to walk around to a different entrance to access the hotel. Upon getting into our room it was gross. There was stains all over the room. Walls looked disgusting like they’d never been washed. Sink faucet wasn’t attached. Showering did not have a consistent temperature. It would sporadically go cold and then scalding hot. Lamps were held together with tape. There wasn’t enough outlets to even keep them all plugged in. Outlets that were there were broken and anything you plugged in would fall out. There was outlet covers on the wall with no outlet. There was no emergency plans on the doors. The bed was extremely uncomfortable like it was broken in the middle. We would have been better off sleeping in our car than here.

When I walked in the tv was hanging crooked, I fixed it with the intention of watching it, only to discover there was no remote. Upon further inspection, there wasn’t a proper cable connection, just a frayed coaxial cable (routed under the adjoining rooms door) loosely hanging in the back of the cable box.

The room was smelly, dirty and the sink was clogged. We slept on top of the sheets as they were all stained. Kept our shoes and socks on at all times as the floor was sticky and carpet bery questionable.

This motel fit the minimum requirements for a place to sleep. The bed sheets and pillows were clean and overall I can tell the basics has been cleaned, but nothing great. Didn't walk one the floors barefoot, take a shower, or relax for extra time. We will probably not stay in this area again.

No shampoo or conditioner. 1/4 roll of TP and no large towels upon arrival. When I went to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping was no longer there. I ultimately received towels because I said I needed to take a shower prior to leaving at 4am. The hotel itself looked presentable from the outside but inside it smelled of febreeze/ cigarette/ pot smoke. The bed cover had a blood stain and was aged to the point of being very thin. The bed itself was actually comfortable. The tv remote volume controls didn’t work so it was uncomfortably loud and the battery cover was missing. Also the toilet ran the entire time. The attendant at 4am who also acted as airport shuttle driver was very nice and attentive to my needs. For that I was happy.

It’s low rated for a reason. In our room, the smoke alarm was chirping, the ac didn’t work, the refrigerator was leaking, and the bathroom door didn’t latch. The towels had holes and there were dead flying ants in the bathtub. I was happy about the presence of a security guard, so that’s a plus. It served its purpose for a cheap 8 hr stay, and I would stay there again for that short a time, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything beyond that.

Staff member was asleep in the back when I tried to check in. Room was a non smoking room but it smelled like a smokers den. Furniture was falling apart and and wood peeling. Curtains were stained and dirty. And other patrons were very noisy through the night. I checked out after 5 hours there. I felt unsafe staying there especially traveling alone.

Not a comfortable stay. Sign out front was so dark at night I drove around in circles. Bed too soft, huge crack in the sink, shower was broken, noisy and a bit scary. Glad my wife was not with me. However, staff helpful and great location.

The staff were friendly. The locating was easy to get to. The main lobby was nice. But the room was completely opposite. The lamp, outlets, lights, blinds, chair and tables were so nasty that I didn’t even want to touch it. The bathroom was so nasty we didn’t even use it. I checked out the next day. This hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt.
