Enjoy a quiet stay in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable neo-Breton house overlooking the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. You will immediately fall under its charm when you enter. Its refined and contemporary interior is a real haven of peace, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Located at the gates of Cancale, Villa Le Vaulérault is a perfect base for discovering Cancale and its surroundings. On foot, you will reach the sea and the GR 34!
Completely renovated in 2019, the house consists of:
DAYROOM:
"Le Vaulérault" offers a spacious and bright living room of 60 m2 ideally arranged with on the one hand its functional and fully equipped open kitchen. The combination of wood and white brings elegance to this kitchen, which invites you to prepare delicious meals for your family. The dining area has a large table for 8 people. The lounge area offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere with its blue sofa and rattan armchairs. This living area opens directly onto the outside and the terrace offering a magnificent view of the sea.
NIGHT NOOK :
On the ground floor, there is a first master suite with a zen and pure decoration, ideal for relaxation. Equipped with a queen size bed (160X200), it has a view of the sea and direct access to the terrace. It has its own private bathroom with bath, shower and integrated toilet.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with a sober and chic decoration, all equipped with storage space and two of which have an adjoining bathroom! The first one with its queen size bed (160X200) and its sea view also offers a cosy space under the mansard roof where you will find a small table and 2 armchairs. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower. The second bedroom with its single bed 90 X 190 is ideal for a child. The last room, with a sea view, offers 3 beds (3 beds 90 X 200) and an office space. It also has its own private bathroom with shower and WC.
The beds will be made up on your arrival. The rooms have no shutters but blackout curtains.
THE EXTERIORS
Le Vaulérault has a very nice exterior of about 1200 m2 with a view on the Mont-Saint-Michel bay. Children can play in the garden while adults can enjoy the south-facing terrace where garden furniture and deckchairs are installed. You will be able to relax there while enjoying a wonderful landscape full of both calm and movement, changing with the tides!
BATHING AND SANITARY AREAS
Le Vaulérault is equipped with 3 bathrooms adjoining 3 bedrooms. There are 2 independent toilets: 1 on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.

- The house is situated in a quiet residential area which must be respected
- The house has no shutters, only blackout curtains even in the bedrooms
- Campervans are not allowed to park inside Le Vaulérault or inside the property.
- It is forbidden to camp in the garden of your accommodation
- The shops in the centre of the village and the supermarket are about 2KM away
- Parking for 3 cars is possible on the property. If you have bicycles, you can store them in a closed garage.
- Linen is included in the rental price. The linen kit includes the bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel / person, and the bath mat. Remember to bring your own tea towels.
