The kitchen is conveniently located on the entry level near the entry door, so unloading a car full of groceries is a breeze. Along with 2 double-door refrigerators, 2 glass top ranges, 2 over-the-range microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 Keurig coffeemakers, 2 toasters, 2 blenders, and 2 sinks, there are pots and pans, dish sets, glasses, utensils, and mugs. This fully outfitted kitchen provides everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Additional seating can be found at the kitchen island.

Whether you’re here for a girls’ weekend, a birthday celebration, a family vacation, or a getaway with your best friends, this upscale Gatlinburg vacation rental is a great start as you enter the grand living room. When you want to relax, kick back on the large, comfy sectional and flip on the 75-inch big-screen TV to enjoy entertainment in the mountains. On especially chilly afternoons, the beautiful (electric, heated) fireplace with stacked stones extending 2 stories offers the quintessential cabin experience.
The rec loft offers just that — with a full-size pool table and picture and a mounted 58-inch big-screen TV for added entertainment while you shoot pool and spend quality time together

Indoor Pool:
Follow the stone flooring in the pool room to enter this custom-designed 20' x 23' swimming pool with cool water features. A wood-paneled ceiling continues the log cabin charm, and picture windows frame glorious mountain vistas to enjoy while you swim. A waterfall pours from the spa area (same temp as the pool) into the main pool, creating an even more relaxing experience. Best of all, this private indoor pool is all YOURS — and is open for dips, swims, snorkels, and floats year-round! For added convenience, there’s a half bathroom right outside the pool room.

Theater Room:
More fun awaits your group getaway in the luxury home theater at this Smoky Mountain vacation rental. A tin ceiling with recessed lights, two-toned cabin walls, hardwood floors, a huge 85-inch TV, a booming soundbar, plus reclining seats await. Just pop in a Blu-ray film, curl up with a warm blanket and a bowl of cheesy or buttery popcorn, and hit play for a movie night experience you’ll not soon forget!

Outdoor Space:
In total, there are 2 main decks with outdoor lounges — one with a sprouting sun deck for sunbathing during the day and star gazing at night and the other with a covered sitting area that boasts the fireplace and a big screen TV — plus 2 private balconies. You can unwind in the steamy hot tub, sway in the rockers with a good book, or dine at the outdoor table as well.

Our typical family is on the beach. However, we decided to change things up this year and visit the Gatlinburg area. Your vacation rental was perfect. Our only suggestion would be to invest in additional towels and cookwear. When we arrived the pool area was dirty but within 24 hrs the cleaning crew came and the problem was resolved. Overall, great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good time. The overall experience at Swimming in the clouds was good. I was really disappointed in the overall up-keep of the house and furnishings. There was a lot of things that were showing age and needed repairs. As I said we all had a great time, you just expect more when you pay this kind of price.

Pros: - Amazing views, best lot on the mountain, right at the top. - Great bedrooms and bathrooms: all kings and double sinks. Double masters were nice too. - Double fridges and dishwashers were clutch for our large group. - Pool was nice. - Parking was easy, not sketchy Cons: - Kitchen supplies (pots and utensils) were dollar store quality. For such a nice property, you expect more. - Beds are on the soft side, so depending on what type of mattress you normally sleep on this may or may not be an issue. - Lots of loose knobs, outside lamp missing, others were crooked, and some side tables were partially broken with pieces lying on window sills. Again for an expensive property, you expect more. - The fireplaces are shallow and electric. Basically a really pretty lightbulb. It was good for us because we had little ones, but it could be a let down for others. - Hot tub already had a bunch of knobs broken and the cover didn’t line up with the anchoring points on the tub itself, so you couldn’t secure it. It was just sitting there. A concern if you have littles. - There aren’t enough towels provided. Only one per person, which isn’t enough if you use the pool. So we did a lot of laundry. - There were no extra blankets provided, so we had to take them from the bedrooms to couches or to patios at night.

this vacation was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. April, Matt and Bear Tracts vacation cabins were great! we had constant communication and helped with anything I needed. Beautiful cabin and plenty of space for everyone. Good views, just didn’t realize there were so many houses around. The indoor pool was cool, not warm, but nice. Movie room was great! The hot tub was very relaxing!

This property was everything it stated. The location has been the best rental we have had yet. AMAZING views yet close enough to town. Everyone had a room with all the space they needed and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and everyone to gather around. The pool and the hot tub were used everyday of our stay. We would definitely stay at this property again! 🌄

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 11 spent the long weekend at Swimmin ‘N Da Clouds. We were all absolutely in love with the place from the minute we arrived. The views were breathtaking! There was an abundance of space that left us all feeling a sense of privacy when it was needed, yet togetherness for the entire stay. The kids, of course, loved the pool, hot tub, and theater room. The close proximity to attractions, shopping, and restaurants was perfect. We plan to return very soon!

There was a large ball of hair left in upstairs Master shower, makes me wonder if showers are fully cleaned each time. Heated pool was cold, kids were shivering/shaking and adults wouldn’t get in. We went to another rental for the second part of our trip and they also had a heated pool that wasn’t as cold (just be aware when renting). We had a leak in ceiling in upstairs master bedroom and maintenance came out next day and we were told it’s “normal” when it storms and water gets under the metal roof. Listening to water dripping all night was not fun. For the price it wasn’t worth it. We did have bear visitors which was the hilight of the trip.

The adults realize enjoyed the breathtaking views and the outdoor grills. Grilling in the outdoors with such a vast field of vision opens up ones appetite. The teenagers and children couldn’t get enough of the large pool, hot jacuzzi and movie theater room. Definitely recommend to anyone will a large group/family to enjoy this exceptional cabin.
