You have found a secret oasis in a city of half million people.This is a spectacular property in the center of the city with impressive views and total privacy, dog friendly and centrally located less than 15 minutes to any outlying part of town. This is not just a house, it’s a lifestyle, one of a kind and truly a special place!
The space
This level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths featuring a living and dining area, an impressive wood burning brick fireplace, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, and full-size range, microwave, and stackable washer/dryer. Since the property is on the side of a cliff, the lower level is above ground and features views from every window and a fabulous deck for barbecues with a gas fire pit and a hot tub for relaxing. The driveway is designated for your private parking. There is room for 2 cars.

The property has its own private entrance, no internal shared spaces or external shared spaces
(Hot tub, bbq area and the patio) . Further down the slope you will find many hidden treasures. There are more rock formations including a giant rock with a huge tree growing in the middle of it. There is a ledge where you can place a bench to sit back with a cocktail and enjoy nature. You can take nature walks to look for antlers, rocks, or driftwood.

Other things to note:
The owner maintains occupancy at the upper level of the house which has a separate entrance. You may encounter the owner when you are coming and going, however, the owner will NEVER be in your rental area. Rental area also includes BBQ/picnic area, patio and hot tub.

Our family of 5 stayed three nights while on a cross-country roadtrip, and Majestic Pikes Peak Manor was our absolute favorite place we stayed! We loved the views, hot tub and exploring the back yard. Everything was clean and SO well stocked. Everything was labeled and directions were very clear. The bedrooms are large and very spacious. It’s also close to restaurants, grocery stores and major attractions like Garden of the Gods and The Air Force Academy. If we ever make our way back to Colorado Springs, we will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect location, conveniently located in a neighborhood near restaurants and such yet nestled in nature with an amazing view. I would come back just to sit on the deck! Inside had everything we needed, and we appreciated the ease of departure, not having to strip beds or take out the trash like so many places. Beds were very comfortable, and the entire unit was clean (I’m high maintenance on cleanliness!).

This place was amazing. Amazing location, beautiful house. We were able to do lots of site seeing and hiking during the day and at night we relaxed. Owner Brenda was great! Would highly recommend this house.

Perfect location to be able to see things. We enjoyed watching the snow diminish on Pike’s Peak as the kids enjoyed the hot tub. This is a basement unit that is amply supplied. Owners are upstairs and obviously take good care of this property. We were thankful for the level of cleanliness. *Vrbo had a system-glitch which was no fault of the owner, however I could not access the info needed for the home. Make sure you have necessary info ahead of time.

The property was so clean and tidy! There were so many little things that made a big difference--big towels for the hot tub, beautiful cafe lights for nighttime visiting outside, lots of coffee choices, detergent pods, great parking...I could go on. My family was ecstatic that the check out instructions told us not to do anything. No stripping the beds, sweeping, putting towels in the washer, taking out the trash...nothing! The Manor was delightful. Our hosts were attentive, yet allowed us privacy. We had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful time staying at Majestic Pikes Peak Manor! It was a perfect fit for our size group of five adults. The views and hot tub were the best! Great layout inside, lots of privacy, beds were very comfortable! This home had everything we needed! Everything was top notch. Thank you so much!!

We arrived late Sunday and walking up to the door we could see this was an amazing property, the pictures could not capture the serenity and the breathtaking view. We went inside and WOW.. very clean, nicely decorated and everything we could need provided. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean and well maintained. We did encounter a slow leaking drain in 1 of the showers, messaged the host, she came down in less than 20 minutes and took a look and called a plumber, we left for a few hours and by time we got back it was fixed. To.top it off the host provided suggestions for a nearby tattoo shop (she wasn't sure, but did some research and sent me options) Then the sweetest thing ever she brought a cake down for my daughter since we were celebrating her birthday!!!! Amazing host!!! Amazing home!!! I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Colorado.

We came to the area for a family wedding. The VRBO was clean & spacious. The rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable and linens great. The hosts were very responsive. The outdoor living space looks great - due to weather it was not useable for us - next visit.

We felt relaxed the moment we stepped onto the path to the house! Beautiful views that literally take your breath away every time you walk to the house! The host was incredibly helpful and ensured we arrived safely and could get in and that we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved relaxing in the hot tub or basking in the cool breeze on the deck. The house had a laundry room with all the amenities needed so we only had to buy groceries. The dining table seated everyone in our large group and our boys enjoyed exploring and relaxing in the bountiful lounge areas. This is a must-stay! The house is also located near everything you need from groceries to family-friendly activities. We enjoyed mining, hiking, the trampoline park, and shopping! If you’re in need for a family-friendly vacation, book here! Oh, and if your family is as forgetful as mine, they even mailed us the items we left behind!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with this host and property. They have been flexible and incredibly accommodating, providing excellent communication the entire trip. We were visiting Colorado Springs for the first time for my daughter's elopement, and we ended up having the small ceremony in the gorgeous backyard. There was plenty of room for entertaining, celebrating, and relaxing. They even included makeup wipes and other toiletries in the bathrooms! Talk about appreciation of the details. We even forgot a blanket that my daughter just received as a gift and while we completely understand this is on us, and our loss, they are willing to mail it back to us. We will absolutely be back!!

This was a beautiful home with spectacular views. Lots of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here and loved our proximity to The Garden of the Gods. Plenty of kitchen appliances. We really didn't need anything. The histsxwere respectful of the space that we were renting and very accommodating for us. I would definitely visit here again!

Our family loved our stay here! Even though the hosts live upstairs, we never saw them and they never interfered with our stay. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. Brenda was very attentive to our needs for temperature adjustments. The views were amazing. It did not disappoint! Only one suggestion, maybe add a blender. Otherwise, a great get away weekend for our family! Highly recommend!

My wife and 2 sisters stayed here at the end of August. It was one of the nicer rental houses we had stayed in (we been to quite a few). The host were extremely friendly and helpful. The house had very nice amenities, from bathroom items to coffee. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, deck and great views. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. It is close to many of the sites. Thank you for sharing your home!!!!

We had a great time here. The amenities were great, they had coffee, soaps, all the things needed that made it very convenient. The rooms were spacious and beds were big, the deck was nice to sit on and it had great views. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful property. It was cozy and had all comforts of home and then some! We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub or having a nice quite evening with a fire. The views from the deck were gorgeous! The property is close to so many great adventures including Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls and a view of Pike’s Peak. We will definitely return to this property!
