Good budget accommodation only.

Good location for town and ski lifts. Friendly owner

Would have liked a lounge area to meet other guests and relax with tea or coffee after days out rather than being confined to bedroom with very limited non German TV options.

Cozy, comfy and perfectly located

The location was amazing - very close to everything you need and the walk to the lift and train station was very easy. Yet, also a very quiet and relaxing oasis. The coziness and historical decor was quite a treat. It's almost like a ski museum! Breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed the sitting areas for dining.

Would have liked to have better coffee options (cappucino, espresso, etc), and more fruit. Starting breakfast at 7:30 instead of 8 would also be nice for those of us who like an early start. A small amount of warm food would be great too. These are merely suggestions and did not detract from our fine stay.

Charming and central!

The location was great and the building has a charming atmosphere.

The place has a lot of potential! I would suggest that the owners do some renovating and start by investing in new bedding and curtains.

Dagmar was a wonderful host. Breakfast was pleasant and fresh. shower pressure great and perfect location for our trip

perhaps an extra pillow, or a more firm one would have been appreciated

Exceptional Service and Stay

The entire experience of this stay was fantastic. Dagmar the properties host and manager is fantastic and super friendly. The location is ideal. breakfast is lovely.

Wifi was not available on the ground floor, and there was no fridge, so we could not store any food.

Amazing stay highly recommend 😊😊😊

The breakfast was amazing a great selection of cheese, meat, fresh bread and fruit. A selection of teas was available through the day which was perfect after hiking. Furthermore the decor was traditional and added to the Home like feel of the accomodation. It was very clean and in the perfect position in Kitzbühl ( only a few steps away from the centre). The shower had excellent pressure. The host was also extremely welcoming and friendly.

The pillows were not as supportive as we are used to

Very cozy , clean and big enough place for a fair price in Kitzbühel. Excellent location.

It was good. No so many choices but good enough.

The check out laws a bit early. I should leave the room at 10:00am
