Ideally situated on 325 feet of scenic ocean frontage on Laurel Cove, perfect for kayaking and swimming, Tranquil Harbor is a well appointed home surrounded by well-manicured grounds and beautiful hardscaping that create a sense of serenity.

Step into the sun-drenched great room with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and sweeping water views. The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, Mahogany cabinets, stainless steel appliances and walk-in pantry. The dining area and living room boasts a gas fireplace surrounded by built-ins and sliders to the expansive deck and screened-in gazebo overlooking the backyard and water. The first floor master suite features walk-in closets and a custom bath with tile shower and jetted jacuzzi tub. The loft above the main level offers a cozy reading/meditation nook.

An additional en-suite bedroom and spacious bonus room, complete with pool table, can be found in the walk-out lower level, as well as a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The en-suite bedroom above the garage provides welcomed privacy as it is located in a separate wing of the house. This flexible floor plan is perfect for multi-generational families looking to vacation together under one roof, and families with children who appreciate having their own space. Can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was at this property! It exceeded our expectations and the view is incredible! We were a party of 4 couples. Everyone had their own private room. Common areas for pool, basketball, socializing and dining. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals and a nice grill complete with propane. A fire pit with lots of wood and fire starters, and marshmallow forks for s’mores. Great location and close to Brunswick and grocery store. Very clean! (Like all properties that accept pets guests sensitive to animal dander may want to bring allergy medicine.) Would DEFINITELY book again!

We loved kayaking, swimming, eating in the screens gazebo, spacious porsche and patios. The master bathroom is lovely and there is a nice office off the clinic room. This property is a gem. You feel remote but yet have easy access to shops and restaurants.

We used this house as home base for a bit of work and a bit of play. The house was fantastic and just as listed. The property is nicely secluded in the woods and on the waterfront. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evenings and exploring the Maine coast and countryside during the days. I would definitely stay here again.
